Is there a town car service that either sponsors the Dis or is recomended by the Dis?

If so I'd like to use them to support the site plus I trust that they would be a good company.

I believe the official town car service of the DIS is FL Tours. Their website is http://www.fltours.com/

Good luck! :)

According to WDW Info main page it's FL Tours and I'm pretty sure Pete just mentioned FL Tours a couple podcasts ago.

I know it's free and everything, but I just cannot imagine using Magical Express over a town car service. Anything that gets me to Disney faster and lets me stay longer is so totally worth it!

I've used several town car services and I haven't found a good one yet. I'm looking forward to trying FL Town car the next time I visit. I'm hoping they are as good as people are saying.

I've had bad experiences with others; drivers extremely rude, showing up 20 minutes late to pick us up, not wanting to take us for the complimentary grocery stop.

If you use them, please let us know how it turned out.

When we used FL Tours in May they were great!
They even stopped at the Winn Dixie for me, as they usually stop at a Publicx's.
By having them stop at the Winn Dixie I was able to shop in a place that was somewhat familier to me and I was able to hit the ABC in the same plaza. :thumbsup2
I would definately use FL Tours again. :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Just a quick question for anyone who has used FL Tours in the past...

When we made the reservation, the website said that a credit card is not required to "hold" the reservation. My question is, how do we pay for this then? Do we give the driver cash or a check when they arrive at the hotel?

Thanks! :)

We have used 3 or 4 car services - and FLTours has been the best! Best driver and best car.:thumbsup2
We paid the driver cash (plus tip) - but I think they are set up to take credit cards too.
I personally think the towncar with driver is THE way to go between airport and resort.:goodvibes

OK...I have a question to ask too!! Can you use FL Tours and then take ME on the departure back to the airport?? Or do you have to use ME the whole time?

Just to add you pay the whole balance when you are at your hotel being dropped off :thumbsup2

Wow, this is great to know. I priced a taxi service from the Amtrak to POFQ and it was $46 (plus tip). I'd much rather ride in slightly more luxury for another $10-15 than deal with a cab. Plus the free booster seat for my DD is a bonus.
