Restaurant Choices - Opinions Please

I have booked HB+ vouchers and think we have decided on the following meals, what do you all think please?

Hunters Grill - Sequioa Lodge
Walts - Park
Cafe Mickey - Disney Village, character dinner.

We are two adults, one 13yr old & one 12yr old so 4 x adult vouchers.

I haven't eaten at Hunter's Grill but have been to Walt's twice ~ it's really lovely there. The food is wonderful and the restaurant is very elegant.

Cafe Mickey is also great but in a fun way. Although many will say it's overpriced, we've always had lovely food and great service and let's face it, you're really there for the characters! :banana: :banana: We've enjoyed eating there for both lunch and dinner.

They sounds like great restuarant selections. Personally I'd substitute the Hunters Grill for the Steakhouse in the Village...simply because I haven't eaten there before :thumbsup2

Hi, I've been to Cafe Mickey twice. The first time was fantastic! We had such a great time, lovely meal and the characters were brilliant. The second time wasnt as good and a bit of a disapointment especially after the first year but I think it was just a one off bad night that's all. It was very busy and we booked for earlier than the year before and there had just been a bit of a storm so I think everyone rushed indoors. But my meal was still nice and I got to meet quite a lot of characters including my fave- Captain Hook! I'd still recommend Cafe Mickey. It's a great experience and good way to meet the characters. And it can be pricey, depending on what you have but like many others say, you can get a pizza or something and share and get deserts. We've never done that because we all like totally different things (salad mmm lol).
I havent been to the Hunters Grill or Walts, but I'd like to try Walt's sometime. It looks and sounds really nice!

Last month we ate at both Hunters Grill and Walts and would highly recommend both.
We ate at Hunters Grill twice (we were staying at Sequoia Lodge), it's a lovely buffet with something for everyone (we have two veggies in our family) and lots of lovely desserts, our half board vouchers covered this and we only had to pay extra once when my son had a second drink.
Walts was fabulous, we asked for (and got) a window seat so we could see the parade, the service and food was outstanding, we used our half board vouchers and shareholders discount and I think paid extra of around 18 euros to the bill.
We would definitely eat in both places again.
Cafe Mickey is a regular for us, haven't been disappointed yet, character interaction is brilliant.
