DDP vouchers ??

hi there .. I am not sure where to post this to get the right answers but
I posted here under restaurants as these vouchers are given once you are doing the DDP ...

I have never done the DDP .. but my neighbor is going for the first time coming up ..
he told me he got a bunch of vouchers to use as he is part of the DDP , one of them being some mini golf ?? wondering if it was worth it to go as its
for one person and would have to pay for the other 5 people in his group...

any comments?? anyone have these vouchers as part of their DDP?

You don't get vouchers as part of the DDP - they are part of the Magic Your Way Packages booked through WDW Travel. For my package - booked with free DDP through a PIN - I get a voucher for Planet Hollywood, 30 minutes in the resort arcade, a free round of miniature golf, etc.

The DDP credits are tied to your room key when you check-in - you get credits per night of your stay, Example, we are staying 8 days/7 nights on a DDP. We get 7 Table Service Credits each, 7 Counter Service credits each, and 7 snacks each to use over the time of our 8 day stay (we are 2 adults, by the way).

So I guess he is asking if its worth the time and extra cost for the free round of miniature golf as the voucher does not cover everyone in his group....

There's no vouchers on the WDW dining plan.

Disneyland does have a plan that includes vouchers, but WDW uses meal credits electronically stored on your resort key card.

The vouchers your neighbor is referring to are extras provided with all WDW package bookings and have nothing to do with the dining plan.

For the mini-golf, the question is does each person on the reservation get a free mini-golf ticket, right?

I have used the mini putt coupon on my last visit. I did pay for the extras in our party as you only receive 1 free coupon per room not per person. The miniputt course was well done and cute for the kids. We did the summer theme at the Summer/Winterland course. However it was pricey having to pay for the extras. Would I do it again? Probably not unless I had spare time and a day that wasn't blazing hot. And definetly not if the course was busy, way too much time involved waiting for other putters.

No, it's one per reservation. We get one round, and our reservation includes 2 people, so we have to pay for the second person.

we had this in March at POR and the games are done point wise, not credits or coins. different games take a different number of points.

the voucher is for one free game per room--so one person golfs for free and the others will pay 11.99 each
