Sushi and DP

I wanted to eat at Kona Island Sushi and Tokyo dining which are both sushi places but wondered how that worked with the dining plan. I couldn't find either restaurant on the list of places I had found on the AAA website. Also, how many rolls could you order per person if it is available.

Kona Island does not take DDP credits. But we did have one report that sushi items from there are available at Captain Cook's for a CS credit.

Tokyo Dining takes DDP but the separate sushi menu is not available for DDP ordering. You can get sushi as part of a combo platter though.

Kona Island Sushi Bar does not take the DDP. However, you can order sushi from Kona Island if dining at Kona Cafe on the DxDP. You can order their sushi as an appetizer (haven't heard of anyone's success ordering it as an entree). You can even order the bread pudding from 'Ohana as your dessert at Kona Cafe. The possibilities are endless.

Thanks for the info., bummed you can't get sushi as an entree at Toyko or that Kona is included. Oh well.

I believe you can get some sort of roll for 1 CS credit at both Yakitori House and Sunshine Seasons, but they likely won't be as good as Tokyo Dining, Kona, or Kimonos.

At Cali Grill, you can order certain deluxe sushi platters as an entrée (Snake in the Grass, and Yoshi's Platter, IIRC).
