another Deluxe Dinning questions?

When you get Deluxe dinning, you get a mug...do they give it to you at check-in or do you get something to get it in the CS of your resort? How does it work? I know it seems stupid question but we never got the cups. Thank you

You get "mug credits" on your key card very much like the dining credits. When you purchase the mug, your mug credits will be used.

There will be mug 'credits' loaded onto your KTTW card. You can redeem those at your resort CS to 'buy' your mug.
