Tipping on DDP

Have just booked holiday for February 2010:yay::yay:

Have booked DDP for first time. Could someone please enlighten me as to tipping on DDP.

When you get your receipt does it show the entire amount, then knock off what is included in your ddp. If so we can use this amount.

If not how do you work it out??

The first receipt will show what you would pay OOP. It will also show "suggested" tipping amounts. I look at the figure I would have paid OOP and then go from there. An occasional server will tell you that you have to tip what is shown on the receipt, but you don't unless you are a party of 6 or more, I think.
I always pay what I feel was earned, just like I do when dining at home.
