Okay, I think I know the answer, but would like confirmation.

If I'm on the dining plan, the only thing I have to pay for out-of-pocket at a meal (where I'm using a credit) is for tip, correct? Tax is included in the cost of the plan?

Also...the $39.99 per person for the Dining Plan. Do I have to pay tax on the $39.99? If so, how much does it end up being?

OOP is tip. Tax is included. $39.99 includes tax.

Of course if you decide to order an appetizer, or a beer, etc. you will have to pay for that, too (and tax on that part of the bill.)
