safe to eat at playa de sol

After looking at their website I am thinking of taking the disney excursion that includes open bar and buffet at playa de sol (probably spelled it wrong) However I am concerned that since it is in Mexico it may be unsafe to eat there. Anyone been there and ate?

As long as you eat well cooked food and do not drink water or ice cubes you should be fine. Also, Disney will only book excursions with "safe" dining options! We ate at Xcaret, the burgers were great and no problems!
