I tried to go in and get a quote for my April 2010 trip, but I am getting a message that they are too busy right now. I'm sure John and Pete aren't upset about their popularity. I guess I will have to wait for my quotes for my trip a little while. As long as the AAA rates aren't gone.

In additon to all of the above, Disney's TA booking systems were down more that they were up for the entire weekend. It has been extremely frustrating as we have many people waiting for quotes.

At some point we have to turn off incoming requests or people will get upset if they have to wait too long for a quote.

Hopefully Disney will get their issues corrected so they don't have the extended down time in the future.

Wait, Disney is having a computer problem? With their near perfect track record for online-based success this is quite the shock!

I know! I couldn't believe it. Disney having issues with their website? Doesn't seem possible.

I had read somewhere that Dreams Unlimited couldn't do a AAA discount, is this true or not. I would like to use a TA for our next trip, but would like to price out AAA.

We can quote a AAA room only rate. AAA package rates can only be handled by a AAA agency.
