What MS says is the new transfer policy

Just got off the phone with MS and they told me some different things about the new transfer policy.... thought I would share :)


1) you can only transfer virgin points (her words lol) meaning any point not borrowed, banked, ressie point, or holding point. ETC

2) You may transfer OUT as many times as you wish in a given UY........ BUT you may only transfer IN once per UY. Period.

3) Once transfered those points may be banked, but they may not be borrowed, or transfered..... not even back into the account in which they came.


I hope I got that right....

Thanks, Laura. I got the impression not all the folks at MS are good at explaining this. I think they know how it works but can't explain it!!
