Tour Questions....NOT the DVC tour, though

I would like to book the Segway tour at FW during my trip in October.

The information I have read says that payment in full is due at the time of booking. I will have a Birthday Fun Card that I would like to use to pay for the tour. Obviously, I won't have that at the time of booking so what are my options? Do they actually charge your card when you make the reservation or do you just secure it with a CC and then pay on-site? Also, is the discount the same (15%) for passholders, DVC members and Disney Visa holders? I have all three, but I am assuming that to use the Visa one I would have to pay with my Visa so that is out of consideration. My friend, however, just applied for the Disney Visa and she would like to use it for the discount. She won't have it for a while yet so I was going to just book one reservation for the 2 of us. Can they charge us separately when we arrive?

They will charge your CC a couple of days after you make the reservation. All of these tours are pre-paid.

Ugh...that stinks. I wasn't planning on spending $75 on souvenirs so I thought the tour would be a great way to spend my "birthday money". I still want to do it, though, so I guess I can extend the budget a bit more.

And the Visa discount is often the deepest at 20% while the others are only 15%. I know that's gotten me to pull the trigger on charging the tour.

The 20% Disney Visa discount is not available for the FW or Epcot Around the World Segway tours.
