Is it possible to use "2" CS meals towards a "1" TS meal, similar to the regular DDP where one can use "2" TS meals towards "1" Signature meal?

While trading dining credits down is sometimes allowed, it is not permitted to trade them up. There is no way to use CS credits to pay for a TS meal.
