During the online booking process for Discovery Cove I have been offered several pre-purchase photo packages. So i canceled the proces so I can can find out in advance of buying online what the best deal is. I want to know if it is cheaper to buy them now, or at the park on the day

They have offered

Ultimate Photo Package = seven 6x8's, 2 key chains, photo CD, Photo Album and a DVD = $219

Standard Package = five 6x8's, 2 keychains, photo CD = $139

I definitely want the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:stockticker>DVD </st1:stockticker>and will definitely want the photo CD.
Bit wondered if it would be cheaper to buy the standard in advance, and then buy the DVD when I am there - or buy everything in advance.

What is the best deal to be had?

they didn't ask me during the online booking. :(

I'd guess it's cheaper to pre-book. but I honestly don't know!

During the online process, you choose your experience, choose your date, proceed to checkout, prior to entering payment info it gives you the choices for pre-purchasing photo packages at that point - well it did for me.

I got the ultimate photo package when I was there in May and I didn't have to pre-book it and it was the same price your quoting with the exception that it also included a poster. To me, it was worth it since I'm a scrapbooker and I was able to have the photo album for my coffee table and then get more prints done in different sizes for my scrapbooks.

It was a great time and I'm sure you'll love it!

It looks like the same exact prices I payed at the park in February (without booking ahead of time). Doesn't appear to be a discount to me but I'm going off memory. I will say we loved our photo package but the DVD was not very good with music blaring in the background so you hear none of the interaction. I definitely wouldn't pay for the DVD again but the photo CD is a must. Have fun, it is the greatest park ever.
