Silly Question about the Magic........

We went on the 7-day Eastern on 6-15. VERY Nice time, BTW.

But one burning (oops, poor choice of words) question about the post-April fire repairs.

It appears that all of the damage to the stacks has been repaired, but the tubular steel "cage" (for lack of a better term) that encircles the top has yet to be replaced.

Any idea when it will be replaced/repaired?? Will it have to wait for dry dock, or can it be put on in 1 piece while in Port C.?

Not really important, but it would be another nice, useless piece of trivia to clog my brain with......................

This sounds like a question someone needs to ask at the Captain's roundtable talk on the ship. Maybe one of our soon-to-be cruisers can ask for you and then let us all know the answer. :D

I think I heard somewhere it was "on order". I guess it is not something they keep a spare part just laying around, and they can't run out to a Lowe's to purchase. So I am sure they had to go to where it came from and have them build another one.
