Wondering what to wear on Mexican theme night on the Western cruise. I understood tropical theme night on Eastern(hawaiian shirts, island dresses) but am not sure on Mexican theme. Haven't been to Mexico in years. Would appreciate help from any who have already been at the theme night. Also, do they have the Masters Chef and Small World nights in the restaurants on the Western? Didn't see them when we were looking through the navigators on *****************.

We just returned from the 6/22. Most were in Hawaii type attire.
It was the best vacation ever. Have a great time.

So, I guess this means I don't have to save room in suitcase for my sombrero and maracas? *Whew* What a relief!!

People wear pretty much the same thing they would wear for tropical, flowery prints & stuff. And yes, there are both Small World and Master Chef night's on the Western.

Are these theme nights in the restaurant for dinner or somewhere else? We're firsttimers. Any other theme nights? Thanks donna

They all occur in your assigned restaurant rotation. Themed nights are:
Mexicali/Tropical Night (depending whether you're on East/West)
Master Chef's
Small World
Captain's Gala
I think that's it.

The only one's that really require special dress are the Mexicali/Tropical night and then semi-formal and formal nights. Captain's Gala I believe is semi-formal night.

Which nights are the small world and master chef nights? Didn't see them at all on the navigators. We really enjoy master chef night! We understand that the formal night is day 3, mexican theme is on Cozemel (of course) and the captain's gala is day 6 so just wondering where small world and master chef fit.

On our cruise (5/11) the Small World dinner was the last night (Friday). I'm not sure which night was the Master Chef dinner.

Some people (my brother and father included) wore a Mexican blanket that they purchased in Cozumel over their tropical shirts when they walked in to dinner. LOL. Most people wore tropical and we were all given a Hawaiian lei to wear.
