I'm BACK!!! Finally!!

Trip was good, bad & ugly all at once....details in my journal!

As usual, commit to as many or as few minutes as you wish for the month, then come back here periodically to update your progress....ie. post "I'm at 346/750 minutes so far" then I will be on to update the list in the first post.

10% - Getting Started
25% - On your Way!!
50% - Half Way There!
75% - You Can do it!!
90% - Just a little bit more!!
100% - You Did IT!!!!

I missed my number by just a bit last month, so I am recommitting to that number again this month.... but it will be tough with two vacations thrown in. But I need to stay motivated, since I have bounced around the same 2-3 pounds almost all summer! I am in for 1450 again. I will check my journal for the last few days and post what I have done.....................P

8/1 45 minutes - Walk Away the Pounds with ankle weights

8/2 30 minutes - Treadmill

8/3 71 minutes - WATP and free weights

8/4 80 minutes - bike ride and free weights

8/5 70 minutes - treadmill and free weights

That brings me to 296/1450.......................P

Welcome back, Julie! Thanks for resuming your hosting duties. I don't know how you manage it. I can barely get here to post my minutes! :earseek:

My goal for this month will be 1800 minutes.
As of this AM, I am at 560/1800 so far this month.

I am headed out shortly to play a round of golf. In this heat I'll sweat off a few pounds if nothing else! :scared1:

FINALLY updating!! This has been a weird month.

I STILL have HIVES & they are driving me NUTS! Which makes me not exercise since I don't want to get hot & get more....w/o exercise, I get stressed, eat more, because I NEED to exercise. VICIOUS CYCLE!!

Wow..... I didn't realize it had been so long since I posted here. Sorry I didn't keep up with posting this month.... I have NO idea where I have ended time-wise, so here goes....
