View Full Version : Reservation confirmation & invoice don't match?

Hi guys,

I just booked our January trip last night and was looking at the emails I got. The reservation confirmation is correct - has us arriving Jan 5, departing Jan 12. However, the invoice that followed had the same rate, but says the departure date is Jan 14.

Has this happened before? Do I need to worry about calling or changing anything, or is it just a glitch? My rate is for 7 nights, but the invoice says we're staying 9 nights.

I would call back and talk to a CM, just to make sure everything is correct.
