Fort Wilderness was also somewhere we had never been and we very excited.
We walked around the shops...

I took fun pictures of DH

we played around some and then decide to catch the bus to the horse stables in the front! We had a date with some Horses.

Now I have been horse back riding a few times...but DH had never been. He was very nervous.
When we first to arrived we checked in and stood by the stables. You aren't allowed to take anything with you so there are lockers provided. We hung around for a while and then a family showed up, mother father and a boy and girl....then finally another couple. Not too long after 2 CMs came out to greet us. We went through what was going to happen and given helmets if we had requested them. (DH did, I did not) Then we one by one brought our horse and helped on. Now I have search high and low and we can't find out what our horses names were! I swore I wrote them down....so if I come across this I will change and add their names. So because I had rode before I was in front directly behind the lead CM. Also I was given the lead horse. He is the one that the horses know to follow....not the one that the CM was on?! So one major thing we were told is the horses can not eat on the trail.....well I had the one horse who is always bad!!! so right away he starts to eat and I have to pull with all my might and kick him! I would not call myself weak but this horse was very strong! I then had to watch him the whole time. DH was behind me and had the tamest of all the horses!
so we were off on the trail, the CMs were very nice and very chatty. Because I was in the front, the CM in front talked to me for most of the ride. Of course I suck and can't remember her name (geez I can't even remember my horse's name!!) but she was awesome. We had SO much fun! it was a terribly hot day and maybe hotter then you'd want for horseback riding but....we barely noticed! It was just long enough, not too short and not too long. I would have gladly stayed on, but it was still a good length. What I liked best about the trail you go on is its all about nature. You don't see roads or other people (except when getting on and off) We saw deer on our trail and it was just so peaceful! The only thing I wish Disney would add to this is to take a picture of you with your horse. We couldn't bring cameras so we never got a picture....which made me sad because we had so much fun! (and I wanted to show proof to DH's mom!)
So we would highly recommend this and we are planning on doing it for our anniversary trip! It is very relaxing and a great way to take a break from the parks!!

thanks for that info! Eric hates horses for some reason but I think it would be so much fun! A one year anniversary trip is definitely something to look forward to. We actually just booked a trip to Disney for November!!!! :woohoo: I'm so excited! It will be a quick trip compared to our honeymoon (5 day/4 nights) and we're staying in one of the value resorts this time around to save $$. I haven't heard of renting DVC...is that easy and affordable? They just released discounted resort prices so we're getting a great deal right now, especially since we have the annual passes still.

Luke was terrified to go on them but ended up loving it. so maybe you can convince Eric to go on them and he might end up liking it!
I am so jealous! We were trying to go back in December but we can't do both trips so its our One year or December so....we choose our anniversary. I hope you guys have a great time! From what I have researched its a huge savings! You stay in a deluxe resort and its like 1/5 of the price. We are considering BWV for our one year.

So last weekend we went to a park and Nature boardwalk where we will take our wedding photos. So I thought i'd share

sorry I have been MIA for a little. I started a blog and I have been really focused on that lately. Also I usually do my posts at works and my boss has been spending all her time watching me and driving me crazy (she is bored I think)
so ANYWAY. I need to finish up Day 5
Day 5 Part 2
So after our horseback riding adventure....we decided we needed to head back to the hotel to freshen up and get ready for that night. We were going to the HDDR!
This is what we found when we came back
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3294.jpg
awww!
so one small note. So we got free turn down service...which was really nice....however she came by a lot of times when we were in the room. (and its way to have her do it when we are sitting there) also she gave us more Wilderness Lodge Chocolate then I think anyone would ever need. hahaha we have a huge pile of it at the end.
So we went and took a swim at the quiet pool which was very nice. DH doesn't swim so he likes pools that are shallow and don't have screaming children in them. We stayed in for quite a while then got out to get ready.
We took the boat back over to Fort Wilderness
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0031.jpg
Me on the boat
We were really early so we decided to stop into the bar near pioneer hall I think its Trails end. Of course they were playing the world cup so DH was very into this and ignored me for a bit :rotfl:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0640.jpg
After our drinks we headed over to HDDR to check in, we were still really early. They take your photo out front of the resturant and then everyone just hangs around outside until they call you up. Me and DH dressed for the occassion and because of this we were asked if we were CMs a few times!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/Photo0122.jpg
I walked around the stables while we waited
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0657.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0679.jpg
Now I didn't think I was going to like this. I have heard of people getting pulled on stage..and I really am not into this. Me and DH got forced to slow dance because we were newlywed but thats it.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0695.jpg

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0680.jpg
Our Waitress was really awesome. She was the type of person who looks like she is going to be mean (probably make a good 'mom' at 50's) but she was really nice and fun. She even gave us anniversary pins and said she wants to see us back for our one year. I thought this was super sweet!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0701.jpg
Next we had a carriage ride scheduled....and we didn't realize how close it was to HDDR so we waited a looooong time
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0714.jpg
Me waiting
Our Horse needed to take a break before he could go out. so of course DH took his photo.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0007.jpg
It was very relaxing. Its a little pricey but we really enjoyed it. I would like to do it again during Christmas tho. It was very peaceful and quiet.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0011-1.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0009-1.jpg
Our drivers were very very nice. They even offered to let us go back to see our horses from that morning later in the week so we could get a photo with them. but we never had a chance.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0020.jpg
Then we headed back to WL and snagged a photopass photographer before heading upstairs.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/Photo0126.jpg
I think I went for a swim alone that night while DH hung around (I don't have any photos so i'm not sure)

well....one way to try and not get involved is to not answer if they ask who is having a special event. I think if you say straight no they won't on stage only 4 people get dragged up. other than that the most they ask is special events or where are you from. which isn't so bad. Other than that you can request a section 2 or 3 and then your kind of far away your less likely to get picked on. Though....we requested 2 or 3 but they thought they were sending us pixie dust and upgraded us to a 1! :rotfl:
Me too! But I'm willing to give WCC a go...
its worth trying once.

HDDR looked like fun. I'm glad they were not that pushy there. That's always been something I have been nervous about. Did you have a chance to eat at the Trails End? My aunt cooks for both locations there since they share a kitchen and she mention the food is usually similar.

Day 6 Part 1
So today we had an early ADR at Tusker House. So we were out and on the bus at around 7:30

and our not so great picture of goofy. a young girl offered and said I have the same camera I can take it!!! clearly not
Breakfast was good and I really enjoyed the whole look of it. I'd like to try lunch there next time
After Breakfast it was 5 mins to 9...so we started scurrying to....
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0126.jpg
They were already letting people on when we got there. DH had never been...and he was def nervous, we grabbed fast passes and then hopped on. He ended up loving it and we went on it a million more times.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0129.jpg
so after this we grabbed passes for Kali river rapid and then headed back to the entrance so we could put our cameras in a locker.

Then we headed over to see if we could get on primeval whirl, last time the line was crazy. I call these rides the kick your butt rides....you end up with bruises!
Then it was time to use our Fastpasses. Now....I don't like water rides. Or....rather when i'm in clothes and not a bathing suit. I am more than happy to go on tons when i'm in a water park....but not when i'm regular clothes. DH knows this and usually only makes me go on once or twice in a visit. You can all see what shirt I am wearing....and with my luck can you guess what happened? We were going along fine. little splashes and then its the big drop....this little boy and his mom are going down forward and then the last second it moves and then its us!!! :scared1: I covered my head (like that ever works..) and i swear the wave hung above our heads for SO long. and then we were drenched. Like I took a shower in my clothes. I got off the ride....DH apologizing...and then I got a lot of "oh my" "wow look at her"
White shirt=not good idea
so then DH had an awesome idea to go on dinosaur (bad idea when soaking wet, ac is so cold!!) but we had fun then we walked around I think someone gave us fast passes for Everest and we road that again. At some point we did a little shopping
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_4138.jpg
This was too funny to pass up.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0136.jpg
we love this guy.
Then we just walked around a bit and got some photos taken
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/Photo0174.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/Photo0165.jpg
I was SO excited when I saw Flik. He was a lot of fun. The first pictures were him in the middle then he motioned for us to stand together for a few more.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0104-1.jpg
Then we decided it was time to go back to the hotel. This was not our full day at AK and we knew we'd be back really soon!

Hi!
I read some of your PJ months & months ago, but for someone reason didn't subscribe?!
Anyway, I'm all caught up now & it's lovely to read about your wedding & honeymoon! :lovestruc
It's great to read about all the honeymoon 'extras' you got during the trip! never heard of that 'honeymoon suite' at ToT before ;) hehe!
I've booked a surprise carriage ride for DF during our trip this December, sounds like you enjoyed yours!! How long does it take to get from WL to FW? :goodvibes

Thank you! Hahaha yeah...I was a little confused and didn't get it at first then DH was like....we are just about to check in! Then it clicked...I was shocked, I had never heard anyone getting taken straight on. Its my favorite ride so it really made my whole day.
I would say it takes about 15-20 mins. it really depends on when the boat comes. thats the quickest way but you stop at contemporary first. once you get off the boat though its like right there before you hit pioneer hall. They like the horse to rest so we had to wait longer then our actual ride time.

Good morning! Hope you all are having a good week.
Day 6 Part 2
So I left off that we were heading back to the WL. We got changed and freshened up then we took the downtown disney bus over to GF (its their second stop! great to know)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3328.jpg
This was our first time ever being in the GF and we were both impressed. We were extremely early as usual but I wanted to take in the resort and gets lots of pictures. The GF gift shop started me on collecting those charms for the bracelets because the GF one is so pretty!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0155.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0158.jpg
We even found the stuffed dog (or bear?) lady that I have heard so much about! it was cool to see that she was actually real. For those of you who don't know..this lady comes to the GF everyday and sits with her cart of stuffed animals in the lobby. She has been doing this since the day it opened!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0153.jpg
The band I thought were really cute and I loved their suits.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0170.jpg
I think the best part about the GF is the atmosphere and how there is always someone playing music!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0172.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0209.jpg
I loved the floors and took a billion pictures of them but i'll spare you.
We then took a walk around the resort. It was such a pretty day out.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0212.jpg
I was very excited to spot the wedding pavilion!

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0239.jpg
We made our way over to check out the pavilion! It was so nice to actually see and walk around instead of just seeing pictures.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0285.jpg
There was no one around. I guess 4pm in the afternoon on a Sunday is not a busy time! :rotfl:
We then walked back to the GF to sit around some more and enjoy the music.
We got a nice big couch to ourselves and listened to this man play. It was so relaxing!

okay one more...can't help it!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0332.jpg
After much stalling we realized we didn't have anything else to do so we'd check in early for our spa treatment! we were getting a couples massage. Neither me or DH had ever gotten a massage and we weren't really sure what to expect. We arrived and were immediately shown to separate locker rooms. No one was in mine when I arrived. There were showers, a steam room and a hot tub. (oh I forgot to take my suit from DH and had to run into the lobby to get the receptionist to get my suit from him because I didn't know where he was!) I choose a locker and then changed into a bathing suit so I could sit in the hot tub.
Heres some photos from inside

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3336.jpg
We were told to be ready at 6 for someone to come get us. When she arrived to took me down a long hallway just and DH was coming from the opposite direction. We choose our oil sent. of course I don't remember what it was! But it was for relaxing I believe and DH choose the same one. Then we were led into different doors. It was the same room but different doors. I did think we would be closer (I guess like you see in movies?) but we were kind of far apart. Really it didn't matter because it wasn't like we were chatting. Both our ladies were very nice...though I think they told us both to relax because we were nervous about what to expect! by the end I pretty much was asleep and totally confused when she asked me to turn over. it was 50mins but it didn't feel that way! It was sooo nice. Once finished we were given a ton of water and some oil to take back (which we didn't know how to take on the plane so it ended up staying in disney :sad2: ) We both went to our locker rooms....and my lady told me to sit in the hot tub for a little. DH's told him not to! I'm not sure who was right! :confused3 so poor DH was waiting for me!
All refreshed we headed back to the GF for our dinner at Citricos!

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3355.jpg
After our amazing meal we hopped the monorail over to MK. As we were walking down towards the buses the fireworks started! so of course we stopped and enjoyed them a bit.

DH took a million pictures.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0426.jpg
I really wanted to try the Bakery..but DH said no because we had just eaten a ton. (I was sad..)
I also had one other goal in mind. I wanted to see sea breeze point. Now...ever since I started on these boards I have loved sea breeze and decided if we ever did our vow renewal I wanted it here (I also have considered Epcot Morocco or Italy) so I needed to see it
When we got there, there was a couple....being a little too affectionate in public. Which was very uncomfortable. but they left quickly once they realized we weren't going to just leave!

Most of the pictures especially the ones around the BW is a Nikon D80 with 18-135 Lens.

The other camera is a Canon SD1200(these are usually daytime photos or ones of us together).

Both are great cameras and we love them. Really it will depend on your budget. the Canon is really great for a point and shoot but nothing beats our Nikon. Hope this helps

All caught up :). The locations for the photo shoot look amazing and that's so exciting that you'll be staying at BWV for your anniversary. We've always wanted to stay in that area but haven't gotten around to it yet. We've never done HDDR but it looks fun and the trail ride looks fun too. Tusker House is our favorite breakfast, I love the cute safari outfits. I always get soaked on Kali too, for some reason I always get completely soaked on those rides and everyone else will be pretty dry. Then DH will be like, why can't we go on it? Umm, because I don't want to be drenched for the next hour... so we usually save it for the end now. Love all your pics of the GF, I wish I was back there now :lovestruc. I saw the bear lady all week when we were there, from what I've heard she used to stay at the GF all the time with her husband. He's since passed away and she goes there to feel close to him, which is very sweet, but a little sad too.

Thanks! It is coming up very soon! I just need to find a good cleaners for steaming and then we are all set. I finished my bouquet the other day (will post pictures.) We are soooo excited about BWV. It was on the top of my list (along with Poly) and I didn't think we'd be able to stay there for a while. You should def try HDDR once. Its fun and very different. It was our only dinner show...so I can't really compare it to the others but we loved it. Why is that? Why are the ones who don't like to get wet always the ones who do? I actually developed a waterproof camera from the honeymoon and theres one of DH he is SOAKED to the bone. (I did not allow photos of me!!) He never understands that I don't want to walk around in soaking wet clothes for a few hours. It happened to me everytime we went one during the trip. I got soaked and DH was like.....ooops. aww..I didn't know that. I just knew she came pretty much everyday since it opened. that is really sad.

I have set up an etsy store that will probably remain empty for 2 months...but hopefully I will have a etsy store up and running by the end of the year (and a website fingers crossed) I also would love to be in a craft fair next spring. Day 7 Part 1 (Oh no....Day 7...that means i'm starting to wrap up.....:sad2:)
So we started the day out at the Poly for a wonderful Ohana BF. We had never been to the Poly (but it was in the running for us to stay at!) We took the boat over to the Contemporary (we really loved using the boats)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3368.jpg
After we got off the boat we saw this guy.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3370.jpg
While DH was taking this picture a mom getting off the boat goes "Look hun, its Scuttle from Little Mermaid" No dear...that would be a SEAGULL  you can see i'm smirking trying not to laugh in the picture.
Then we took the monorail over to the Poly. Like always we were super early. and we walked around for a while.

So....DH really loves Stitch. Like really loves him. He even liked him before he had ever seen the movie...just liked the actual character. So this is him trying to convince me that this giant stitch would be able to fit in our luggage...or he would hug it the whole way home (right.....who would end up holding this? thats right me) I talked him down to a smaller one (more on THAT later)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0492-1.jpg
We checked in and got our photo
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/Photo0176.jpg
We really enjoyed Ohana's! The food was great and so was the service!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3404.jpg
Can you see how excited DH was to meet Stitch?
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3419.jpg

So after BF, DH had to go back to the gift shop....still trying to convince me to let him get the giant one. He ended up with the smaller stitch (come on how realistic is the giant one?!) and my apologies in advance...because Stitch went around the world with us (as you will see). So off we went with stitch to the monorail!

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0564.jpg
We of course had to hit up a photopass photographer.

Last time we started in Canada. So this time we started in Mexico.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0589.jpg
I was in desperate search for the animals I have heard about. Where you can purchase and unfinished one and then its a surprise when it comes to your room. No go....couldn't find them. BOO.
First we hopped on Gran Fiesta Tour :lovestruc my favorite duck is the star. After our ride we walked around the market for a while. I got a maraca and a painted frog to make up for the other one I had expected to get.
oh don't forgot Stitch is still with us!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3442.jpg
So as I was paying....the CM said....oh i'm sorry but I need you to speak to someone first. So she handed us the phone and it just happened to be Mickey and Minnie! They were very excited that we had just got married. It was really cute and she was so excited to be able to do that for us.
After we left Mexico we decided we really needed to take some of it with us on our LONG trip to Norway..
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0601.jpg
YUM
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0602.jpg
Stitched tried to take it from DH....(trust me it didn't work)
After our long trek we were finally in Norway.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3486.jpg
We took a seat under the shaded dining area to have our Margaritas.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3477.jpg
Next up was Maelstrom. We didn't get to go on it last time so it was on the top of our list!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3503.jpg
After our ride there was a photopass photographer with the troll so naturally we had to get a picture
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/Photo0189.jpg
Apparently Stitch likes hats
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3491.jpg
Next was China

isn't he awesome? I wanted.
Found a photopass photographer right outside Germany. She spent a lot of time with us and was super nice. (though I didn't end up liking too many of the pictures, oh well!)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/Photo0196.jpg

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3560.jpg
We poked around a little but we had ADRs in Germany for dinner so we decided we'd look more when we came back.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0701-1.jpg
the little village is too cute. I really liked this part though. (no Godzilla today)
Well i'll leave it there. Lots more adventures around the world to come!

Oh yeah....I reread what I wrote...I didn't really explain that well haha sorry. the CM handed us the phone and it was a recording from Mickey and Minnie telling us how happy they were that we were just married. its really sweet.

Oh wow!!
My Mum had something similar happen last year when it was her birthday - they were at the American Adventure pavillion, and a CM came up to her with an old fashioned telephone and said "there's a call for you Ma'am" :cutie: think it was Mickey saying Happy Birthday.

Back! Sorry I have school now and its taking over everything. so I can really only do posts (and reply to everyone else's PJ/TR) on Thursday and Fridays when i'm at work.
So me, DH and Stitch are back to try and finish up the day
Day 7 Part 2
After Germany, we headed over to Italy. I loooove Italy. Mostly because i'm Italian and being there makes me think of my grandpa. I have never been to Italy but its on the top of my list. (DH has promised me a 2 week trip around Italy when we move back to the UK..) The first time I ever went to WDW there were these awesome people dressed up walking around Italy. They were in cloaks and masks....but I have never seen them again.:confused3
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0708.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0721.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3582.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3575.jpg
I wished we spent more time in Italy...like got a drink or something. but we never seem to have enough time to spend lots of time in each country. It takes us a full day to do WS and I feel we aren't even getting that much time in each country....don't know why this is?
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3586.jpg
Of course stitch had to sneak into my picture (he really does seem to be the center of attention today!)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3570.jpg
no comment
Next we were in America. I really like skipping over here...but I promised DH. so I sucked it up!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0726.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3588.jpg
We wanted to see the show but first I needed something cold. (it was getting unbearably hot) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3591.jpg
DH got this.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3590.jpg
and this was mine (YUM)
We didn't realize we couldn't go inside with food.....so we stood outside scarfing it all down haha
We were standing outside for a while...and I think the CM inside was watching us because the second we finished and came in he came running over to us. He said please come with me I have an important phone call for you (DUDE twice in one day) it was again the awesome Mickey and Minnie phone call. but this time he made it "official"
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_4122-1.jpg
This made me really happy. We were both really surprised at how fancy his writing was and how quickly he did this. He was SO nice. and made our day.
We sat and watched the preshow a bit
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3593.jpg
but it wasn't long until we were off to watch the show.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3597.jpg
(DH enjoyed it way more than I did hahaha)
Next we were off to another one of my favorites
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3600.jpg
Japan!!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0734.jpg
besides my love for Japan.....I was excited about something else.
I wanted to pick a pearl! I planned to do this like 6 months in advance so I practically skipped into the store. DH documented my experience for your viewing pleasure, I think they tell it all.

My pearl was 7 1/2 so apparently thats large so she banged the drums for me. She was also really happy that we had just gotten married.
Then we went over to pick my jewelry

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0749.jpg

We really just hung around enjoying the beauty.
Up next was France....on our way we saw this...
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0812.jpg
first...I think its totally cute because they are holding hands...second I was sad because I wanted to get a photo!!! BOO.
Now we really skimmed over France because we had FP to Test Track and we wanted to get that done and finish up the rest of the countries before illuminations.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0817.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0818.jpg

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0821.jpg
We really need to start opposite next time, I was sad we didn't spend a lot of time here. but I really want to eat at Chefs de France on our 1 year. so fingers crossed (DH is trying to push for Tutto Italia but I wanna see Remy!!)
Crossing over the bridge we found a Photopass photographer
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/Photo0204.jpg
Again we were really running out of time! (you can see how the sun is going down in the next picture) We really wanted to get a drink at Rose and Crown like the year before....we both miss the Pubs we use to go to when we were living in England. but we didn't have a chance which is sad. (next time!!)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0827.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3670.jpg
This is stitch being hopefully (sorry stitch)
Then we went over to TT, which was our first and only time of the trip.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0844.jpg
and of course it broke down....during the hill part (with the trees) haha the suppose to be fastest part. BOO

continued...
We had an ADR at Biergarten so we rushed back over. Turns out...DH wrote down the wrong time....and we were like an hour and a half late (we thought we were 20 mins early!!) oops....They were a little annoyed by us. We took our pager and looked around
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0849.jpg
This thing is insane.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0855.jpg
The food was really great at Biergarten. I was very annoyed during the whole meal due to a really mean chef who didn't like that I was a vegetarian and wanted him to walk me around the buffet. so I did not have fun. but DH did! hahaha so maybe next time it will be better.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0875.jpg
So after dinner did have much time before Illuminations so we started looking for a spot. A lot was already taken, but we hadn’t visited Canada yet so we headed that way.
At this very cute fence is where no one was standing
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0834.jpg
We debated for a while….not understanding why no one was there. Then decided we would give it a shot.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0887.jpg
Don’t let stitch fool you…he didn’t actually enter Canada only I did. DH was guarding our spot while I ran around taking photos. I really wanted to see the movie…but we didn’t have time again.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0911.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0932.jpg
This is what DH was doing while I was gone
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0891.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0936edit.jpg
The spot stayed pretty clear until right before the show. We had a great view….but still don’t understand why no one wanted to stand there?
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0955.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0966.jpg

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0986.jpg
So we slowly edged towards the front with the crowd. We headed straight towards mouse gears because we both wanted these vintage Epcot shirts we had saw and today was our last day at Epcot. So we spent a while in there trying to wait til the crowds died down.
Before we left we needed a photo!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/Photo0213.jpg
Then we headed to the bus stop. The wait was crazy and we had to wait for like 4 buses until we could go home…..we debated going with the monorail but the line was really crazy too. Oh well. We got back and passed out.

There is soo much to do in World Showcase isn't there - Epcot is a 2+ day park for me! :goodvibes
Hehe how funny you got two calls from Mickey & Minnie in the same day!
That's interesting that your English DH likes the American Adventure more than you do! I really really love that show.. the song at the end, Golden Dream, makes me cry every time.. it's so patriotic & emotional! :wizard:

Okay, I'm caught up again! I love all your photos so much (especially the ones of Canada...for many reasons ;)) I'm sorry to hear that the Chef at Beirgarten was mean...but that is good your DH liked it. I think it is worth going there for the entertainment and pretzel bread alone.
That is weird that the Canada spot was so empty, I will definitely keep that in mind for the next trip since your view looks like it was really great!
I love all the photos of Stitch randomly appearing! I wasn't looking hard a first, and thought an actual Stitch character just keep showing up in your pics :rotfl:

Yeah I agree...its def a 2 day. We tried to separate it to world showcase one day and futureworld the other....but failed to do everything we wanted.
We were very surprised to get the call twice in one day! Guess world showcase is the best for magical moments.
haha its kind of a joke between us. I'm not huge on being patriotic but DH has become obsessed with learning about America ever since he moved here and will probably be getting citizenship. So I was dragged to american adventure and hall of presidents....and took some nice naps :rotfl:

nope the donkey did not like taking a photo with stitch. I asked DH if stitch is coming with us again next trip....i still haven't gotten an answer so I guess yes. so....maybe next time it will be stitch vs MK.
Yeah...I have no idea why people weren't standing there? I guess its a little further away.....but it was perfect and quite.

I got up early (DH was passed out still...) and went to a salon to get hair and makeup down. both were a little different but when I came home DH's jaw dropped and he said 'I love' so....i'm taking that as a good thing. The photographer picked us up at 1:30 at our apartment. We went to the museum that is part of my school and did photos there for about 1 1/2. then we went to the park I posted photos of and the beach. I am hoping everything came out as good as I imagine it in my head! the photographer used all of our props! which made me really happy. fingers crossed....he said I have to wait 2 months for the photos...but there will be previews up in about 2 weeks! so thats good. I will update you all when I know more!
I've very nervous to see them...because of all the problems with the first. but I need to relax I have a long time to worry! and this time I don't have a trip to Disney to cloud my mind!

just caught up with all the honeymoon posts, Stitch is hysterical, I love that you took pics of him in so many different locations. What was that your drink your DH got at American Adventure? It looks really good! I have to admit, I always skip over America too. Our favorites are the shops in Japan and China, lol, I find most of our world showcase adventures take place in the shops . I'm sorry the chef was rude at Biergarten, we really liked it there, and that pretzel bread and potato soup... yum!
Glad the shoot went well! Can't wait to see the pictures. :goodvibes

I've often found odd spots in Epcot where no one is waiting to watch the fireworks.

Good Evening!
I meant to write this at work....but my bosses were kind of annoying today. sooooo i'm writing it now while DH plays games on his ipod next to me.
Day 8 Part 1
So Today we had an early ADR at 1900 Park Fare. So we hopped on the Downtown Disney bus and got off at the pick up for GF. (such an awesome short cut to figure out how to get to GF faster)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3688.jpg
Today was the only day....I got DH to wear his groom ears the whole trip...and I only got about 2 1/2 hours before he was way done with them....siiiigh

These trolleys are so cute...they make me smile
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3715.jpg
So we put our hats in the locker and ran off to have fun. We went on Space (because its a must for me)
Then Carousel of Progress and finally waited on a stupidly long line for Astro Orbiter.

Now I have been obsessed with PUSH from the moment I found out about him and I wanted some interaction with him. we saw him on day one but he wasn't too interested in us. So while DH is in the bathroom I start video taping him so DH can see. Well sees me and joins me while i'm video taping.....well we were spotted here is our awesome video...click below to view

I really like Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare, I think we had the same Alice and Mad Hatter when we went. I love that you got the same astro orbiter pic as the first time you went, what fun tradition that would be over the years.
The fan is my favorite Disney purchase ever, I've bought a few over the years since we hardly ever remember to pack it, but I could never survive the heat without it. Lol, I told so many people for our wedding to get it, and they were glad they did!
The pics at toontown houses are so cute, it'll be sad to see them go, but I'm so excited to see the new fantasyland.

When me and DH first went to Disney he wasn't really into rides and for some reason Astro was the one he was okay with to start. haha. Now its a must.
It seemed sooo pricey when we saw it but way worth it. Florida why are you so hot?

omg....I looooove him. He hands around tomorrowland. I donno how often....we just lucked out and found him twice.
Here you go
Soft Pretzels
from Biergarten, Germany, Epcot
Yield: 10 servings.
1 package active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water (105 F-115 F)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 Tblsp water
Coarse salt
Prepared mustard (optional)
1. Stir and dissolve yeast in warm water in a large mixing bowl. Stir in salt, sugar, and 2 cups of the flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough of the remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
2. Cut dough into 3-ounce pieces and roll into a ball. Allow to rest for about 10 minutes. Roll out dough into strings and then twist dough pieces in the middle. Pick up dough string with two hands, each hand holding one end. Attach the ends to the dough in a pretzel shape. Place pretzel on baking sheet and allow to proof until pretzel string thickness is about double as thick (place in a warm spot with a damp towel on top).
3. Whisk the eggs with water. Brush egg wash on top of pretzels after they proof. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Put on to baking sheets and bake at 400 F for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Dip in prepared mustard if desired.
I have a bunch of other ones I will post soon. I wanted to make myself a disney recipe book...so I collected a bunch but haven't had a chance to make it yet.
So awesome you got to interact with Push. That's one of things I love about Disney, you never know what you might see.

okay sooooo....lets finish this day!
Day 8 Part 2
So up next was Tea at the GF. I really wanted to do this and we were told it was fully booked....but about 2 weeks before we left I called to change a different reservation and found out there was an open ADR! I was so happy. Tea at the GF was awesome. We loved it. I was surprised that DH was into it. It was a nice break from the parks and the CMs were adorable.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3767.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3781.jpg
SO after our wonderful tea we headed back to MK. Now....DH was getting sick of the "Just Married" pins....so he wanted to pick up "Happily Ever After" ones so went over to Guest Relations to pick those up. Then we decided that we didn't want to walk all the way to BTM.....so we would take the train over. (bad idea) So we can see its pulling in and we run up. The CM waves us on, so I am walking first and the train starts to move. The CM literally karate chops me in the stomach pushing me into the railing. Clearly she messed up....then she like pushes us into the gated area.....now if you know the station you know that once your in the gate...your in. Theres nothing you can do. So we are now stuck in it. So we stand really annoyed and the train sits there for like 20 mins....and we are still waiting. The CM who hit me is standing near us....because we think she is going to open the gate in front of us. well NO she does not. She walks all the way to the end....so by the time we get there she goes its full and goes to lock us in again! :scared1: so.....I'm like you hit me to keep me in the gate and now you won't let us on the train? so she goes fine go on! in a big huff. well this train gets stuck too! (the same CM messes up another like 10 times stalling the train and endangering more lives) so thats it we had it and we get off (with a bunch of other people) So we are not the type to complain....but after this we think Disney should really be aware of this terrible CM (so many are awesome!!!) so we went to guest relations to tell them what happened. (so maybe they can take her off train duty and put her somewhere safe.....like a gift shop!!?!) The CM was horrified and gave us a free fastpass (we weren't actually expecting this we just thought they should know). So we left guest relations very surprised and ran to BTM because we had a date! Before we got there we stopped in a shop to pick up a little friend for me. I have wanted a minnie plush forever. so.....today was the day.
Here she is riding BTM!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3783.jpg
So two of our top things to do were Liberty Square Riverboat....and Tom Sawyer Island, we had never done either...well it was getting kind of dark and we didn't have too much time til our ADR for dinner...so we decided on the riverboat. which DH loved it and took a million pictures....of which i'll show you some.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3784.jpg

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/DSC_0028.jpg
After our boat trip....we decided we wanted to use our special fastpasses on SM so we hurried off to Tomorrowland. but not before stopping for a photopass photo.....our photographer was.....strange. theres no other way to say it.
we got our normal photo and I believe a kissy one too.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/Photo0240.jpg
and then he spent a good amount of time trying to make us do something that we didn't understand. :confused3 He actually ended up coming to us and moving my hand so i'd so this.....we thought it was weird....and when we saw the picture....yep still weird.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/Photo0246.jpg
any idea of what he was trying to get us to do?!?!
Then we went to SM with out fastpasses....and they did not take them away or rip it...but we had an ADR so we only used it once...plus this way I got to put it in my scrapbook!
So after this we headed over to the boat launch to go to the Poly. We had an ADR at Ohana's
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3790.jpg
This was a last min change. I had heard such good things about dinner that I needed to try it. so our ADR was like 8:45.
Here is a silly picture for you of us waiting
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3791.jpg
Our dinner was awesome. We loooooved it. We didn't get a fireworks seat but the food was too good for us to even notice.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3823.jpg
I got a Lapu Lapu.....so.....I was drunk by the time dinner as done. :rotfl: No one ever told me how much alcohol is in here!!! I rarely drink....soooo...it hit me hard. We picked up a stitch and Lilo frame and headed back to the hotel for me to pass out!

I love tea at the GF! When we went in 2009 they sold a tea in the GF shop on the first floor. I'm pretty sure in DTD they sell it too, but it's usually a variety pack and it doesn't have all the flavors but it definitely has the Mad Hatter Blend.
That really stinks about the train! We've always been really lucky and haven't had to wait long. Maybe it was just a bad CM.
We went to Ohana for the first time and the food was sooo good! Our server was terrible but we'd still go back and hopefully get a better server next time. I really loved those noodles, I could have eaten the whole bowl myself. And the bread pudding, omg I have to try to make that at home sometime!

The Lapu Lapu is soooo good, but yah, lots of alcohol! I drink often and have a high tolerance, and I still find myself feeling pretty good after one :rotfl:
Its a good surprise isn't it? He was actually sad when we couldn't get an adr at first. who knew. Glad your DH liked it too
omg...I was really looking forward to trying it and was so surprised at how strong it was. I did enjoy drinking out of a pineapple though! hahahah

I'm glad to hear another good review for Ohana (I have an ADR for the dinner there as well) ~ but, Im just wondering, you took a boat from MK to The Poly? If so, that sounds like it would be a nice thing for me and DF to do. Where is the boat launch? TIA! :goodvibes

Yes. The boat launch is right infront of the train station. So if you take a monorail to the MK it is on your right. if you take a bus there its on your left. there are large signs that say which boats are which. Hope this helps

Hope all of you are well....I'm going to finish up the 9th day....but one thing first....We haven't received our previews yet...:headache: i'm a little annoyed by this....probably more so because i'm so nervous there could be problems. This is probably silly because he is a professional and i've seen his photos...but our first photographer really ruined it for us! sigh....I want my photos! Which is good because I heard they don't play at AK anymore. Not sure why.
We also were on the hung for white mickey sandals we had seen at the beginning of the trip......and I decided these would be perfect to get my mom and then of course couldn't find them!! We ended up finding them in the main store here....we also talked to a really nice CM who had worked there for like 30+ years. She was so nice. She also had this Waldorf pin I have been searching for

now I need to search for the matching Statler pin next trip

So after the adventures i'm sure we had (haha) we went back to the hotel to freshen up (I might have cat napped)
As we were walking out all dressed up we caught a photopass photographer just setting up. so we waited and got some photos. I am sooooo happy we did because they are my favorite from the whole trip!

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/Photo0255.jpg
Then headed over to AKL for our dinner at Jiko. We got the AK bus and were going to transfer. Well when we got on the bus driver asked where we were going...It might have been because were dressed up....or because AK was closing really soon. So we told him our plans to switch to AKL bus because we had an ADR at Jiko. Well he told us to hold on one second. he called on the radio and canceled his pick up! He dropped off 2 people at AK but then took us all the way to AKL! We didn't even have our buttons on...he was just an extremely nice CM.
We went early because it was the first time we had ever been there and we wanted to walk around. I was also hoping to find a photopass photographer (no such luck) This really is such a beautiful resort. We were so overwhelmed when we came in. I of course went crazy snapping pictures.

She was very excited that we had just got married and started telling me all about her sister's marriage and how she hoped to find someone in Florida that she might want to marry someday. She was so nice. We spent so long talking to her we had to run to get to our ADR :laughing:but not before grabbing some more pictures!!!

Dinner at Jiko was amazing. I know everyone says that but it really was! We had one of the best servers of the trip. she kept telling us to relax and she would take care of everything and we just needed to enjoy our evening. she was so attentive and friendly. I donno if i've ever had a server like this before.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3913.jpg
So after our awesome meal we walked around a bit more. Our Server told us we could see the animals with night vision goggles? but we never did find them...not sure what we were doing wrong. But it was still so nice to walk around the resort.

Okay so after our nice evening we had to get back to our resort.....easier said then done. (a lot different then how we got there..)So....we had to take the downtown Disney bus to get get our resort bus back from there. So we waited for a really long time when finally a bus came. by this time it was very late. Well....ya know all those stories about Disney bus drivers? well....we had one of the ones they talk about. Our driver was probably 90. He drove extremely slow and had the ac so high that people were shaking. I was in a tiny dress (see pictures) and I was so cold I was curled up on the seat. Well it took about 40 mins to get to Downtown....How? I have no idea. It was awful. We got a normal bus back to our resort but the trip was painful and by the time we got back it was like 1:30am. it was still a really great day though.

So today was our last Hollywood Studio day. Its our second favorite park so we mad sure to get our fill. We had to do some packing so we got up early and started our sad packing. Then i went to the store to use some snack credits on breakfast.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3917.jpg
We spent sometime out on our balcony, enjoying our breakfast and the beautiful day. We both were sad and didn't want to think about leaving. After we were mostly packed we headed down to the studios.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/Photo0257.jpg
Because we were later in the day when we had gotten to the park most of the fast passes were for later in the day. We grabbed RNR FPs and then wandered around stores. Then we headed over for Star Tours. We wanted to get our fill of it before it changed.
We had an early afternoon ADR at Mama Melrose. So we headed back over to there. We had a really nice meal and then headed out. We went back on Star Tours and then went to use our FP. So after riding we were heading out and through the open doors we could see a sheet of rain. We decided because...we were already so far from the exit and there wasn't much we could do.....we just walked in the rain. We were drenched quickly...but no one was waiting for TOT. we went on it about 6X in a row before anyone else realized the genius of this and then we headed back to the lockers to grab our stuff and head back to the hotel.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_3948.jpg
Here is us...still kind of wet afterwards.
So after we got back to WL we cleaned up and got ready for our ADR at CG. We were both very excited for this. We got all fancy and I even wore my wedding necklace.

Glad you loved Jiko, it's one of our favorite restaurants. I don't know why it always takes so long to get to DTD but I find that always happens. What I usually do now is avoid DTD at all costs and just take the next theme park bus and transfer that way. Usually MK is open pretty late so it generally works out.
DHS is our second favorite park too! DH was mad he didn't get to do TSM or RnR on our last trip. Looks like you had a great time at CG, we've only been once but really enjoyed it. Aww, the last day is always so sad. I find I get jealous of the people I see checking in because their trip is just starting and I'm getting ready to go home. Glad you enjoyed WL, I love that resort, it does have such a homey feel to it.

Awww!!! Yeah...i'm pretty sure my DH would have been mad about not going on those. Yeah we enjoyed it, it was perfect for our last dinner. I def have that feeling. I don't want to leave and they are at the beginning! I would love to stay there again....it really is so beautiful. It was perfect for our honeymoon. (though....i can't wait for Boardwalk!!!)
AUGH! It's over :sad2: No fair! These TR's are getting me through waiting for mine!
Have no fear....we drew out our honeymoon...I still have the departing day! we didn't leave WDW til like 3:30pm :rotfl:

I think Disney suggests the DTD bus in the hopes that you'll stop there and buy stuff. ;)
DH is still mad about it , and I was afraid that before the wedding we would be "disneyed out" since we had been there 3 times in 2 years. Now I know it's not possible. :)
I've always wanted to stay at Boardwalk, it looks so fun! Our next trip we're going to stay in that area, but that probably won't be for a while, so I'll have to live vicariously through your trip report!

So....not much to update. Still waiting on the photos...I emailed him because I got too tired of waiting. Still waiting for a reply though...grrrrrr
So the main reason behind me being MIA on here and everyone's PJ and TR, besides basic school, is that I have been preparing for an art show. Its my first show and also my last statement at school before graduation. so I have been going a bit crazy, neglecting everything else to prepare. You can read about it on my blog if you'd like to know more.

I found your post the other day so I went through all the pages. I had to skim through some but did read about all your experiences. I am glad that things went smoothly and that you were able to get your pictures re-done. Everyone looked great, and your dress was so beautiful. I am also gald that your MIL did not wear white. I didn't read that she wasn't going to so once I seen the picture I was happy to see the purple.
I loved hearing about your honeymoon and seeing all the picutres. I can't wait to see your other photo's when you get them back.
Once I get more time I will try to read your blog.

Hi! Welcome! I know I have a lot of pages I don't blame you for skimming! Thanks...Still waiting on those pictures I am just hoping they are better...the longer I wait the more nervous I get that they aren't. (that might be my experience with the others tho...) Thanks so much! I was very happy with how everything turned out. Wow that was such a headache!! I wasn't sure why she wanted to wear white.....especially because she ended up in purple! So...I was very confused why she even started with me if she wasn't 100% sure. Oh well! it all worked out! I didn't find out she wasn't wearing white til DH told me 2 days before. So it was a surprise to me as well.
Thanks I really loved sharing our honeymoon with everyone! (one more day left....up soon I hope)

So...I would LOVE to say we have previews but we don't I am starting to loose my cool. He said 2 weeks and then when I emailed him (took him 2 days to reply btw) he said oh I did say that sorry! I will have them posted by Monday.....well its Thursday and still nothing. This is just the previews!!!! Seriously we had so many problems with the other ones...I don't need this. I'm trying not to get mad at him but I really am becoming impatient. Should I email him again?
So...I'm a little on edge today...stuff at work and other things. SO I am going to post the last day which is sad but might make me feel better (I hope)
Day 11 (last day :sad1:)
So this morning we woke up super early. We needed to get our bags down to the airport check in and held before we could head off to do our Keys to the Kingdom tour. This is how it looked early in the morning from our balcony
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_4020.jpg
So we checked our bags in and got our tickets and such. This was a pretty easy process! I was impressed. Then we got our bags held and given a claim ticket. Then we were free to take on the MK one last time.
We headed over on the bus. It was early enough that there was no one around. I'm pretty sure we were alone on the bus.
We hung around not sure if we could go in yet because everyone was talking about breakfast and not tours....soon we were let in though and we found a wonderful site! A practically deserted main street! Photos were a must.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_4034.jpg
Someone saw us and offered to take our photo
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_4035.jpg
I really like this one so i'm glad they did!!
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_4036.jpg
that pink group behind DH would drive us nuts later in the day....but not now! we were too happy to be in a pretty empty MK
So we checked in with our tour, we were asked what we wanted for lunch and then given our name tags and badges. We were given free coffee and water :lovestruc Which made me happy and I took some water for the rest of the tour. We were also given radios and head sets.
We just hung around and waited for everyone to show up.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_4037.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_4038.jpg

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_4040.jpg
I look so tired in this photo...oh well.
So I'm not going to spoil this tour for anyone else. We did really enjoy it. We got to ride Jungle Cruise, Pirates and Haunted Mansion. Because of the head sets we could be far from our tour guide and still know what was going on which was nice. We had Lunch at Columbia Harbour House. (YUM)
We both really enjoyed the tour....a lot of the stuff we did know because we have both read Walt's Biography and researched Disney world to death...but we still had fun. It was cool going back stage and all.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_4048.jpg
Us with our tour guide.
So after our tour ended at about 12:30. We needed to leave around 2:30-3 to get back in time Magical Express :sad2:
We hit up our favorites trying to soak it in. BTM and Space of course (our other favorites we went on in the tour) On the way over to BTM the Volunteer parade was starting.....and I had two people I needed to see before we left (we always seemed to miss this parade)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_4057.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_4060.jpg
I really love the muppets and wish there was more with them in the parks and parades.
This is how close I was to getting my goal of a photo with the white rabbit...
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_4063.jpg
but the line was so long and we didn't really have time...
So to end the day we took the train around one last time. We spotted an armadillo near the train (I LOVE them) and we also got a peek at the construction.
I really wanted a photo in front of the train station but every time we were out front there were never any photopass photographers there. I saw this one from the train and dragged DH there.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/Photo0271.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/Photo0273.jpg
Then we took the sad boat back. I was pouty and sad. We arrived back at WL earlier then expected (DH is always afraid we are going to miss the bus..) So we grabbed some food at Roaring Forks. We still had so much food credits and snack credits. we got our fill and pouted some more. Talked about how we could come back for my birthday in December (before we really figured the $ out...) Then we decided at 3:30 we really needed to sit out front and wait for the bus.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v153/no_kiss_goodbye/honeymoon/IMG_4067.jpg
I was very determined to take lots of pictures....gripping onto the last bits of our wonderful honeymoon..

SIGH
So we got to the airport and waited on the extremely long line at security (why is it always SO much longer then anywhere else?) This is the point where I would love to say "we had an uneventful flight and got home with no problem" But....being us...I can't! :rotfl: So apparently Chicago was having these crazy thunderstorm and tornadoes? We were stranded in the airport for like 6 hours.....to which I was moaning that we could have stayed at MK!!! which annoyed DH...a lot. Then when we finally got on our plane...I passed out, waking up to us landing.....only for DH to say no....go back to sleep...we are it St. Louis  pardon? They didn't put enough gas in the airplane!!!! Well done Southwest....glad you were so prepared! haha. We ended up getting home at 4-5am(the sun was rising). Our original flight has us arriving at 9:15pm. Craziness.
Our honeymoon was amazing. It was everything we could possibly of asked for. We were so so glad to have chosen WDW and WL. It was perfect. (can we go back yet?!?!?!) Thanks for following along as I recapped our Honeymoon adventures!

Yeah...it helps a lot. Though when we were leaving we didn't know for a fact we could go back anytime soon. so it was hard!!!
siiiiigh.....no we couldn't afford both trips. I tried a million different ways....including flying down just to be there on Dec 2. but....we just couldn't do it. and DH said it was my birthday or our 1 year anny trip. so I wasn't giving that up! So sadly no we can't go.
Oh thats great! I'm so jealous. Give mickey a big hug for me! I love how when your not paying attention your trip seems to get closer!
Yeah I did email him! I think he feels bad.. I should have the previews up tomorrow!

Thanks hun! I think its funny you like the last one. I really do too...but when I asked DH he was like I hate it. BOYS!! I like them but for me its really hard to tell how much I like them because its such a small sample? and usually the ones I end up liking arent the photographer's favorite..I don't like the two where I'm looking at the camera...but i had to tell myself this is 7 out of like 300...I will like some of them! hahaha. I just wanna see more now!

Never too late! Oh thanks so much! we like that one too. Yep! we are going back on the 5th! When are you going? the beginning of the month is kind of quiet and then slowly gets busier. Our favorite restaurants were Artist Point, Citricos and Ohana's. we have a fantastic experience with them for dinner. We also really enjoyed Kona Cafe for Breakfast. I did a full review on our dining the link is in my sig. but we liked AP, Cit, and OH so much we have ressies for them this time too!! I hope that helps. Congrats on your upcoming wedding and honeymoon!

I just read your entire dining review. I just wanted to say Thanks!!! You have no idea how helpful it was. We are constantly going back and forth about what restaurants we will eat at.
In your opinion from your experience, what would you say would be the best restaurant for you and your guests after a wedding? We are leaning towards either O'hana or California Grill :)

oh i'm glad it was so helpful!!! well if you didn't have any you were leaning towards I would say Citricos. they were so so nice and the food was amazing. I also know someone who had their reception there and she was so happy. out of the two you named....it really depends what look you want. Ohana is def more crowded. there are people who dance and stuff. so it would be a lot more casual. California Grill is more formal. I liked the food and service better at Ohana's out of those two though. If you wanted more formal and quiet so you can spend time wit your guest i'd go to Citricos over Califronia. Hope that helps.

Your dining review really helped thanks :) We haven't tried O'hana and I been hearing good things so I think we shall try that for breakfast. It was hard to read your review it made me hungry with every picture  We are going to Disney May 31st until June 5th. We are thinking about extending to the 7th, haven't decided yet, but with all the recent Illinois tax increases we will see if this is possible, lol I am completely stoked about the trip, it will be nice to see what has changed since our last trip, you gotta love Disney it's always changing :)
