Silly question but what time does it get dark in the Bahamas during Dec.?

Pretty early, seems to me it was dark by 6:00 pm or so.

The earliest sunset at Nassau is around November 30 (rather than December 21, interestingly enough). The sunset time at Nassau on November 30 is 5:19pm. Castaway Cay, being further north, would be a few minutes earlier.

I have early seating, will I be able to see the sun set before we go to dinner? I thought that I would miss it, and I want to see a sunset at sea!:D

Yes, bizybea, it sounds like you will get to see the sun set prior to dinner.
