Extended Free Dining Question...

With the extension of free dining, you get the QS plan if you stay at a value and the regular plan if you stay at moderate or above, correct?

My question is - if you stay at a value can you upgrade to the regular dining plan and if so does anyone know how much that is?

Yes. The difference between the two plans is $10 per night per adult and $2 per night per child.
