DDP & Magic Your Way Base Tix

This will be our first trip to WDW and there is something I'm slightly not clear about. Since we have the DDP and the Base Park tickets, we can only get into one park per day. That suits our needs just fine but if I understand it right, I can only use my TS meal at the park I am at that evening or at any of the Resort restaurants. Is that correct? As an example, let's say that I am at the Animal Kingdom all day but want to eat dinner at a restaurant in Epcot later that evening...am I out of luck?

You are correct. Unless you have the park hopper option on your tickets, you can only go to one park each day. So you would have to make your ADR at the park you are visiting that day or a resort or DTD.
