View Full Version : Help me decide on Costumes for MToTP!

Ok - So I was hoping for some kind of matching costume for Me, DH, DS4, and DS3 for MToTP. But I just can't make up my mind.

I need something that is not too involved, (I will sew if I need to, but am not a professional designer by any means... :laughing:) and I don't want something that needs a ton of accessories (hats, etc.) to be carried around.

Part of our extended group already has Alice in Wonderland covered, so that is out. I keep thinking of Peter Pan, Wendy, John and Michael. But I don't know if I want to walk around in a nightgown and DH wants to be wearing tight green pants :rotfl:. Or I was also thinking Mary Poppins, Bert, and 2 penguins, but I wasn't crazy about the boys dressing in the same costume as each other. I has even thought about being Mickey Mouse Club Mouseketeers, or all of us being different Mickeys and I could be Minnie...... but UUGGGHHH! I just don't know and can't decide. I only have 2 months left and I need to figure it out soon so I know if I need to start sewing!

The thought had crossed my mind, but I am not sure I want to be wearing a big furry suit! :lmao:

I still cannot decide though. Other ideas we have came up with are Phineas and Ferb for the boys and DH and I could be Candace and Jeremy. Or sticking with Peter Pan, DH could be Captain Hook, DS4 Peter Pan, DS3 Smee, and me as Tinkerbell.

DH said we could even be the Imagination Movers, but I thought too many people might think we a a gang of car mechanics! :laughing:

I have the "too many girls" problem in coming up with a theme. I have three DDs and a DS.

Three girls and one boy.... your girls must really give your DS an interesting time around the house! :laughing: Have you guys came up with anything yet for costumes?
