Having trouble booking rpr

I am trying to book RPR for 1 night using APH savings. I have put in all the details including my YOU FIRST details but it will only let me book at the full rate. I tried a few weeks ago & it was a different screen that let you put codes in. Anyone any ideas? Maybe I need to ring? If so can anyone give me the Telephone Number?

If you log into your AP account on the Universal site you can book from there.

when you go into the new screen, click on promotion under partner/group rate and APH under code. If it isn't coming up, there may not be any rooms available. What is the date you are trying to book?

I am looking for 24 Aug, it's coming up on the regular price but not the AP. i did'nt click on promotion so i'l try that. I can't log into AP account bit as I don't want to use AP until 24 Aug.

Thanks guys, It was not filling in "promotions" that was causing the problem. I have booked up for 25 Aug for 1 night. I was surprised that I was charged the full amount, as last year we did'nt pay untill we checked out? Is this new?

Taking one night's charge as deposit is standard. Sometimes, in the past, if you booked online you didn't get charged in advance but if you booked in person you did. Now it appears that it is consistent across the board.
