Does anyone know if these work for shorter hair styles? I have a shorter than chin-length bob and need something to keep the hair back off my face when I run.

I just bought my first one at the Trek Duathlon at Disneyland. I forgot I had it until I saw you're thread. :rotfl: I guess I should break it in one of these days. It's cute and I saw a lot of women with short or long hair using them during the race.

I have one of these. I like it pretty good--but I like the thin headbands as well. One of the girls I runs with has short hair and she wears one, too.

They are a wider style and you can adjust that by folding or expanding. With my shorter hairs I will open it up some and I do think it looks ok and does the job of keeping some or most of the drippage from my eyes as well as hairs off my face.

Yup, agree with what's been posted. Like Lily said size is adjustable, and it definitely sops up the sweat. I have couple and love them. :thumbsup2

Hi, I haven't used the Bondi bands, but at a race here in Cincy last weekend there was a vendor selling something called "Sweatybands". Basically pretty ribbons, backed with a velour fabric and made into a loop with elastic. They were quite pricey ($15 each), but very attractive, with lots of colors/patterns to choose from. They also came in a variety of widths, though none as wide as the Bondi bands you're talking about. I think their website is sweatybands.com
I can't vouch for these products personally, but there were lots of women at the event wearing them--just thought I'd mention it.

I love my Bondi Bands. I had cut my hair to right above the shoulders a couple of months ago and it worked great sweeping the hair out of my face. :thumbsup2

love love love my bondi bands. The only place I don't wear them is at work. I have a couple stowed away in my tack box for riding, some in my car for when I go to the gym, a couple floating around the house as well. My race day bondi band is "run like a mother". I hate sweat on my face and these save me!
You can usually find coupon codes in the back of runner's world. There are kid sizes as well. GG#2 is 10 and they fit her fine.
