I know you can see Wishes from the Beach, but did I read somewhere that the music is piped in as well? Or was that just my imagination running wild?
Also, where can I find information about times/viewing places for the Water Parade?
:tinker:

We were there for 7/4 in 08. They absolutely pipe in the soundtrack. I think the water parade times can be found on allears

Depending on where you are watching on the beach you can barely hear the music and everyone was very loud.

you need to be farther close to Hawaii building - while I like Tahiti building better
the EWP should be by at 9:00pm = unless the fireworks are at that time - the EWP could be anywhere from 3 minutes after the fireworks ends to 15 min

We walked right out in front of the pool...
If you literally walked out of the pool at zero entry and kept walking to the beach.....or a little to to the right of that area...you can hear it the music just fine.

That is actually, where we were. Guess we just had a bad speaker night or really loud crowd.

We've watched Wishes several times from the Poly beach, but, you do need to be very close to a speaker to hear the music and narrative. Just walk out to the pool area and then to the right on the sidewalk until you can hear the speakers and stand very near the speaker.

We go to the beach on the other side of the Fiji building. It's close, but not too close to the Luau, so you have to get a seat before they let out the Luau crowd.
You can hear the music there, but I don't think you can hear it as well as being at MK. But, it's more relaxing watching it at the Poly than it is at MK. You also get a nice view of the parade from that location.
BTW..Fiji is next to the boat dock for the rental boats. I love that location! When we stay at the Poly, we stay at Fiji. :goodvibes
