I read on a recent PJ the following concerning Escape photos:


"We're going to forgo getting the proof book and the online photo listing and just purchasing the high-res disk with all our pictures so we can print our own."

How much extra does it cost to do that? Who do you let know and when? Thanks!

It costs $395. I'd tell the Escape coordinator at Disney Event Photography directly, just to be certain, but your planner should probably also know about it so your BEO is right.

So this is an additional amount? Purchasing all the photos online is it really an expensive option? Thanks.

Prices are very high. I want to say a 4x6 is $12 and prices go up from there.

I'm getting the DVD with my Wishes package for this reason. I can get print good quality from mpix for .29cents for a savings of $11.71

Right - It's $395 additional even though you are giving up part of the Escape photography package.

And, as CharacterFan says, you don't want to be trying to buy a print of every image from your wedding directly from Disney unless you're made of money. At least if you fork out 400 clams for the CD you can print as many pix as you want, wherever you want.
