my father in law generously gave us some points to rent a minvan at national car rental for our christmas trip. i emailed and called the company to ask if the minivan we are getting has an integrated carseat for 1 of our kids (we have 2 in infant car seats and 2 in booster so anything integrated would help on the luggage)

heres the problem...they don't know.

what? look in the mini van and see. its easy. but they can't/won't.

so now i have to carry 2 carseats and 2 boosters (or pay an arm and leg to rent them)

have you ever rented a mini van from national at mco and got an integrated car seat (you pull the seat down and there is a 5 point harness right in the seat. our mini van at home has 2....

cheers

I think I'd be emailing the National Car Rental head office with a complaint. If they want your business then they need to assure you they have what you need. I know you have an aeroplan certificate but they don't need to know that.

I'm not defending them, although it will sound as if I am. Is it possible that some of their minivans do and some don't?
