If we eat at Mama Melrose using the Fantasmic Diner Package we can use a DDP credit and the Fantasmic Diner Package includes an appetizer, correct?

I do not believe it includes an app., unless you choose a three course dinner that is included in the dining plan.

That was correct the last time anyone reported (that I saw, anyway).

Of course, that doesn't mean it can't change between now and when you go.

This information is out of date...you order off the regular menu, not a "three course dinner". The special Fantasmic Dinner Package with limited menu choices was done away with more than a year ago. People on the package get the regular menu and order any app, any entree & any dessert. The only limitation is if you want an appetizer that is listed as "appetizer for two" then two adults on the dining plan have to split that as their appetizer.

This poster is correct...as of May 2009, if you have booked a Fantasmic Dinner Package at Mama Melrose, you do get an app, entree & dessert, your choice. The cost is one Table Service credit per person. Our party of 4 did the package at the end of May. There have since been two dining reviews on the boards from people who had Mama Melrose in June & July 2009 also reporting they got the app, entree & dessert.
