We just got back 2 weeks ago. We had our breakfast at Chef Mickey ... 10year old and 2 year old. They ate and enjoyed the characters.
I don't know if its the same anymore, but when I took my nieces when they were younger about 14 years ago ... we had breakfast at the grand floridian. That was a really nice buffet, but times do change so maybe that has as well.

We have two small boys...They love Tusker and Chef Mickey...
Tusker is really great when you get an 8:00 ADR when the park opens at 9:00...It gets you in and done with breakfast before the park opens...Then you can head right to the safari next door...The safari is great first thing in the morning...The characters look cute in their safari outfits and they food is good....Set up in small stations rather than one long buffet...The place is a bit loud and the tables are close together but that has not bothered my boys....
We just love Chef Mickey...The classic characters and the food selection...Great on a MK day...Again an early ADR is best....We actually have gone to CM on our last day the past few times...We check out of our room, get a ADR around 10:00, then head to MK for the last couple of hours before heading to the airport...Has been a great way to end our trip.

For a 2 yr. old, you can't beat Pooh and Tigger!! My vote is for Crystal Palace!:flower3:

Crystal Palace and Tusker House -- I'd go with the last seating. The restaurant will be quieter and you'll get more character interaction. :goodvibes

I think CP is great breakfast. And I think a two-year would love the Pooh characters.

We are going with 21 month old boy and a 4 year old boy so I will share our breakfast meals for our trip. Both our boys are great eaters so it doesn't matter which meals we eat as buffet.
O'Hana breakfast with Lilo, Stitch, Mickey, and Pluto -Repeat from last year. Both boys loved it!! The character interaction was terrific and the food even better.
Tusker House - Haven't been but have heard this is a fun buffet.
Cape May - Haven't been here either, but since we are driving down this time getting there will be easy. (Plan on using Disney transportation except to this location)
Those are all our breakfasts. I tried to get a Crystal Palace breakfast, but it was booked solid, so we are doing that for lunch since our 21 month old is infatuated with Pooh.
I am sure no matter which one you choose, you will have a great time.

Not to hijack your thread, but how do you know when the last seating for breakfast is? I was wondering how to find this information out before our ADR date is here so that I know what time to try to book if I want the last breakfast seating or the first lunch seating at a restaurant.

I rate Crytal Palace a 10 for breakfast....soooo good and in the MK:cloud9: Try to get in early and you can get in before the crowds. It's very cool to walk down main street almost alone.
Boma is awesome as well.
Chef Mickey's was great for characters but I thought the food was blah at breakfast.
Have fun!
