So according to what I am seeing I get a counter service meal (food court, etc.) a day and a table service meal a day. so I can order any entree from a participating table service restaurant?

Does it matter if you do table service at lunch and then counter service at dinner?

thanks

When you check in, you get as many credits of each type as nights (not days) of your stay. You can use any number of any type of credits on any day and at any time/meal until they are gone. (For example, you could eat 2 or 3 TS meals in one day, then eat fewer later in the trip ... or eat all CS meals the first couple days and all TS at the end ... or eat nothing but snacks on your first day ...)

You can order any entree, yes, although at Marrakesh some entrees have an extra charge to get a sampler entree (also in the Morocco pavilion,Tangierene Cafe only allows baklava for dessert for their CS meal). I don't think there are any other restrictions on the regular dining plan (maybe some desserts have to be shared between 2 people?).

It's actually one CS and one TS and one snack per NIGHT, not per DAY. It's an important distinction because you need to know exactly how many credits you'll have.

The credits are all put into pools at the beginning of your trip. You can use them on whichever days you want. If you want to go to 2 TS signature meals all in one day and use 4 TS credits that day per person then you can as long as you have that many credits left in your pool. You'll just need to understand that 4 credits per person will be removed from your pool so you can plan accordingly for all of your other days.

I've never had any problems with ordering whatever entree I want from participating TS restaurants. If the meal is listed as an entree then I believe it is available on the DDP. I think some things like sushi which I believe aren't available under the DDP are listed separately from the entrees which is why I specified items listed as entrees. If you're eating at a buffet then anything that is on the buffet is allowed.

Nope. You gt 1 cs & 1 tb per day per person. It's doesn't matter weather you use it for bk,lu, or din.

You can use your table service or your counter service at any meal you like. Also, you can use, for example 3 tables services one day and then none the next.

When dining at a participating restaurant you can order any entree off the menu with very little exception. The only example I can thing of are certain things at Cali Grill that have an up charge.

You can also share counter and table service meals from places that you order off the menu (non buffets). So if you wanted to get one entree and pay out of pocket for an appetizer and order dessert you can split it all.

Have fun figuring out where/what you'll eat!

You may want to read through the Everything You Always Wanted To Know sticky thread at the top of the Dining Plan forum.

The night vs. day distinction is actually very important. You receive your dining credits based upon how many nights you stay at your resort, not how many days you spend in the parks. If you stay 7 nights and stay 8 days in the park, you will still receive 7 TS, 7 CS and 7 snack credits per person (on the basic plan) for your entire trip. It's up to you to spread the use of these credits out over the length of your stay.

The only example I can thing of are certain things at Cali Grill that have an up charge.

There are, so far as has been reported, no upcharge items at California Grill (which is a 2 credit restaurant). The only restriction there is regarding ordering certian sushi dishes as an appetizer on the deluxe plan. The only reported restaurant with an entree upcharge is Marrakesh (a 1 credit restaurant), which charges around $5-7 extra per person when ordering any of their multi-course "feast" meals on the dining plan.
