Yes. Your TIW discount can be applied to anything not covered by the DDP entitlements (any extra food, such an an appetizer on basic DDP, alcoholic beverages, etc.).

Note that using the TIW card will likely trigger the 18% automatic gratuity on the entire meal, regardless of party size.
