We've used DU twice and been very happy with the service.

We like DU because of their rebates and because they are Disney experts. They also watch the prices and will adjust your ressie if they drop.
We have found that we know a lot more about Disney than local travel agents! You will too if you hang around these boards.

I've been very happy with Costco - mainly because of the 10% discount! But the service I have received has been great as well. If you're already a Costco member, it's definitely worth your time to get a quote from them, as it will probably be the lowest price you'll see. And if you're not a member, the amount you'll save will almost certainly cover a year's membership easily!

Check out www.costco.com (http://www.costco.com) for more information on their travel services. I'm also planning to reserve my rental car through them as well - they have great discount codes for Avis!

We just booked a 4-day cruise on Wonder using DU and I thought the service was outstanding. Got such quick and informative e-mail replies to all my questions. And I mean I was bugging them with lots of questions. They gave me the best discounted rate around. Carole that helped me at DU was wonderful! And boy does she work late!

I thought I was reading my own post with regard to DU. Donna is my agent and she is a gem! I have emailed her late at night, and a few minutes later she is answering the email.

I have thrown her more than a few curves, and she has come through with flying colors.

We are more than happy, and those rebates can't be beat, as well as the onboard credit!

Woo hoo! It's almost July 1st and we leave August 2nd!

I have to admit to being one of those "pain in the tush" clients....before AND after booking! But Dreams has come thru each time. Even when I haven't been sure or been a little unhappy, they have bent over backwards to help fix the problem or make me feel more secure!

I booked direct with Disney the first cruise...NO service!

DU is short for Dreams Unlimited. They are great travel agents as far as I'm concerned. Really go the extra mile. They Booked me a cruise on the Wonder for 12/15/02 at a Military discount rate and are giving me a $50 rebate on top of that! Can't beat that.
Dream Unlimited's link is on this site. But I think its www.dreamsunlimited.com

I would definitely suggest using them.

I did research on the prices from DU as well as other internet companies. I then called Cruises.com and asked if they could beat the lowest price I had gotten so far. They did! By the way, Costco was the next cheapest price! Meryl is the lady who I have worked with and she is very experienced and wonderful to work with!
