I think we just bought our home in FL!!

We looked all around this area last summer but I kept being told to go to Viera or West Melbourne. I had been looking online at houses in Viera but could not afford them. Well the builder had a closeout on the last two lots and dropped them $50,000 so now we can just squeek in on a price we can afford. I am the pround soon to be owner of a home in the Villages of South Solerno. I am very psyched and I get granite counter top without having to go carnival ape crazy like Kevin. The subdivision is called Daintree.

I am so excited it is much closer to the parks and the beach than Palm Bay. Whooo Hooo and has amazing schools.:woohoo:

We got a smaller house in a nicer area so we are downgrading to a 3/2 from our 4/3 back in Delaware. But lower energy bills and less cleaning means more money and time for the parks!!

Smaller is better for so many reasons!

Less cleaning... makes me think of the story my mother told about her mother when they moved from Chicago area to North Miami.

My mother did not learn really good cleaning habits from her mother because it was too darn hot to really clean! This was in the forties before air conditioning.

Pretty sure you won't have that excuse.

Liz: Congratulations neighbor: We are right behind you in Heritage Isle (the over 55 community) I mean right on the other side of the street. I am not sure if I am one of those who suggested Viera but I had to someone.
