A stranger PM's you requesting use of your photo from WDW. You agree to share. Do you watermark or just send as is (via email)?

Depends on what they plan to use it for. If they want to use it for scrapping then a watermark would ruin their plan. If they didn't say why, I'd ask what their use would be and determine it from there. I have no problem if people borrow my pics to scrap their pages with. Other uses I may have issue with.

They want to use it for their scrapbook. It's a photo op they missed.

I agree with Fran...
We have a section on the scrapbooking thread... "anyone have a photo of"....
and it's been used by many of us for use in our scrapbooks...

Depends on the intent- if its for scrapbooking or just to keep I have zero issues esp if I have posted the pics online (cause to me you couldn't truly stop them if they were determined to get the pic anyway)

Thanks for your help. I do have the pic posted online, and IRL I wouldn't think twice about making a print for someone. I just wondered what others did. And, you are right, if they really wanted it they would copy it. At least I was asked.

I actually have a whole section of my Smugmug account set up to share pictures like this with fellow Disney scrappers! They are free to download or people can order prints right from the site, too. I do make a few cents per print if they order prints, but nothing I'm going to get rich on! The original size downloads are free. I don't have a watermark on any of them. I just like sharing them!
