Cost to upgrade QSDP to DDP with Free Dining?

For anyone booked at a value with the free dining (Sept-Dec) offer. Do you know how much it was to upgrade from the QSDP to the DDP? Normally the difference is only $10 per adult...is that the upgrade charge?
