Hey there everyone,

I'm Jojo.

you may know me from my mom's TR, Blue's RoadTrip. Well, I've decided to write a pre trip report. You may all be wondering when I'm going because Blue cancled this year's Trip. But, I'm not going untill next August, But hey, lets let the count down begin!!:goodvibes

Me (18): Smart little tree Hugger,I love animals, all types. I'd do anything to save one. I love horse back riding and enjoying my summer kayaking. I have the most amaziest boyfriend of 2 years and 4 months.we're very different from one another, but yet so very much the same. I am very full of myself, and no one can change that :) I always have new plans, and new idea's. My family and bf just never know what to expect from me. I'm loud. Not shy. I love Peter Pan<3 He has always been my favorite.

I've been to WDW 3 times with my family and now, this christmas, I am giving my boyfriend a plane ticket to wdw with me. He has never been. He's never been anywhere actually. For our aniversary I gave him tickets to a sunset dinner boat cruise with live entertainment and he never shut up about how much he loved it! ( and, when we got our dinner, i just HAD to take a picture of it. he looks at me with a strange face, then looks around to see if anyone else was watching. " what are doing!?" he looked puzzled. "I'm taking a picture of our food to show everyone" I shrugged my sholders. Then, I realized, I'm not in wdw, People "here" don't do those types of things. WDW never leaves my mind i guess :) ) anyways, he lives a pretty sheltered life. On prom night, we all went to a hotel, and the poor soul was just excited seeing that. He couldn't believe they gave you coffee or had a fridge. Then when he saw the golf corse and tennis court his eyes lit up even more. His family doesn't travel at all. So, his First real trip to WDW, with me ( :hug:the girl of his dreams), is going to be the greatest gift he's ever had.

Marc (17): Outgoing, shy, hard worker. He's always willing to help out anyone. He's so sweet, and my folks just LOVE him. He's caring for his elderly neighbours aswell. Loves kayaking, 4-wheeling, and enjoy's horses all thanks to me! he's Never been anywhere, so, if a boat cruise, and a hotel impressed him, wdw is going to light up his life! He never understand's wdw when I tell him about all of my adventures there, so now, he can expeirence it for himself.


So, gang! I hope you all are with me on this PTR, and will follow along as I plan, and organize my great adventure to WDW with the boy who's never been anywhere.

Glad you guys are here! :) I'm very excited, even though it's like 13 some months away. But, there is lots of planning to do, excitment, and trying to hold back the surprise from my Darling boyfriend. I want this trip to be perfect! I have to come up with all like right places to eat that was my favorite-but, that he would enjoy too. Anyone have any idea's for a first trip dinner in the world:yay:?

I'm having Trouble sleeping from being excited!


Last Night, all that was on my mind is thinking about my first trip to WDW, I remember When we got on the Magical Express, What interested me most was the TREE'S. yep, the weird looking flordia tree's. I think I took about 50 photo's of tree's. JUST tree's. I can't wait to see marc's face when he see's the tree's! :upsidedow

So, as I was laying there, I was thinking to myself. "I could start packign some of my things. No, no, that wouldn't work. But, MAYBE, i could pack some of the basic stuff, like my flashlight, camera..oh wait, i still need that, i could pack maybe, my note book, a game, my card holder/ money holder case (which by the way, I thought I could bring to the water park here for my money aand, marc thought i'd look silly. Must be just another disney thing), I could bring, sun screen. Actually, i'm to tired to get all those things out."

How will I ever be able to wait untill next August if I already want to start packing!!!!!:sad2:

Here's a list I've Come up with for things to Pack!

In my Carry on:

3.small first aid kit

5.note book for my trip report

8. sun screen
9.1 pair of shorts/ shirt/ underwear/ socks (incase they lose my suitcase)
10.my pin collection


In my suit case:
1.6 pairs of socks
2.3 shirts
3.6 pair of underwear
4.3 pair of shorts
5.3 dresses
6.hand cream
7.running shoes
8.flip flops
9.snack packs
9.2hats (marc won't bring one)
10.2 VOX cards to phone home (making sure I can phone every night)

13.straightner
14.hair dryer (hotel ones SUCK)
15.make up
16.water bottle
17.water mister (marc can buy a a disney one there)
18.small bag to carry around stuff in park
19.tooth brush/ purfume/ hygine things etc.

had to put this one, it reminded me of myself when we went on the soarin ride at epcot. I was so affraid!

A seven-year-old little girl was excited when she went to Disney World for the first time. The little girl headed straight for Space Mountain. Her parents were worried that the roller coaster would be too scary for her, but she insisted. She enjoyed it so much, she rode it twice.

The next year the family returned to Magic Kingdom, and the little girl, now eight, again raced to Space Mountain.

Great! motion sickness tablets, that's true, I thought maybe gravol did the same thing? maybe not though. LOL and yes! a rain poncho! I always bring those, how could I have forgot! marc most like won't wear one though.he's pretty stuborn. I remember one year we all had canadian ones on, with maple leaf's and a guy with a british accent walked up to us and said " hey, where's you get those canadian poncho's?" We all looked at him and smiled "canada". I thought it was pretty funny. :laughing:

Making a List of places to see! / Our week

Okay, so I'm putting together a list. Places that are a MUST-SEE for marc's first trip! can everyone tell me there favorite rides, stores, and resturants!? It may help me out! Then, on my itinerary I can add in the must see places. :goodvibes

I figured on our first day we'd just go to Downtown Disney and eat at Planet Hollywood. shop around and come back to the hotel early to swim in the pool and relax befor our busy week ahead.

my list so far-

Day ONE

*We will board the plane and arrive at the orlando air port
*We'll check in, get settled, and take a quick tour of the resort.
*Head to Downtown Disney
*Eat at planet Hollywood
*shop around
*head home (haha, home, i didn't realize the hotel has now become our home) for a relaxing evening by the pool/ arcade



Day TWO
*Head to Magic Kingdom
*Have lunch at Pinocchio Village Haus (where we always eat lunch when we go to wdw)
*Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern
*fire works


Day THREE
*head to Animal Kingdom
*Lunch at Pizzafari (antoher place we always go)
*head to Fort wilderness for our Hoop-Dee-Doo dinner around 6:00
*back to magic Kingdom for a bus ride to the hotel

Day FOUR
*head to Typhoon Lagoon
*eat lunch there, then head back to the hotel
*head to epcot
*Dinner at Chefs de France because my boyfriend is french :)

Day FIVE
*Magic Kingdom
*early lunch at Plaza Restaurant
*head to epcot
*Dinner at Coral Reef

Day SIX
*head to MGM*Dinner at Sci-Fi Dine

Day SEVEN
*Optional for marc :)


Day EIGHT
*pack up and head home

One year we stayed at a moderate resort and I HATED it! It didn't have any cool "child" pictures in the room or on the floor, and it wasn't as magical. That being said, that was our second year there. Our first year was at All Star movies. The four of us for 7 nights. It didn't seem that cramped except when my sister and I had to go to bed and share it! Then our third year we were at all star Music. and I still liked movies better. So, this is how I made my decision on where we'd stay. :)

I'm glad you enjoyed the food! And the deserts at Disney world are the best. I'm glad you liked it. Marc has a real sweet tooth, where as for me, I just feel very sick afterwards.

That`s very exciting! I havn`t decided what I want to do yet. But, I`m going to apply for college in Sept. and start in Feb. if I can figure out what I want to do. For now, I`ll just work full time.

I am going back to get a Nursing degree.

I think you are smart to wait and figure out exactly what you want to do before heading to school. I went to Queen's right after high school not really sure what I wanted to do as a career and as a result I spent several years getting a useless English degree.

Okay so, I got my horse home safe and sound. And It seems I've just been spending money on HER. In the last 2 weeks I've only put $20.00 American into my savings, unlike the last couple of times I got paid and put $200.00 in! :eek:

Yesterday Blue gave me some things for the disney trip that we were going to bring on ours this year. Towels and whipes. It made me want to start packing right then and there. I had my suitcase out. But then put it back away. I remembered, I'm asking mard for a cool pink/ purple disign suit case with carry on and make up kit for xmas :) i'll be going to WDW in style! :dance3:

I just wanted to let everyone know why I havn'y been updating, and on the disboards lately.


On Oct. 21st, marc and I broke up, he let me know he had cheated on me, I can't bare to be with a cheater, so sadly, i ended our relationship after 3 years.

I still havn't healed or moved on, as this was such a shock to me. Christmas this year, and disney just won't be the same. It took me awhile to be able to come on this Dis, and I don't think i'll be back for awhile.. but i thought I would let everyone know.
