I am a proud owner at AKV JH and KV. I wish to begin a committee that will address our concerns about our "HOMES" to the management and officers of DVC. I am sure many of you like me have read threads and thought to yourselves "I wish DISNEY could read this". It is my goal to see that they do. Through letters and phone calls I will address our concerns with management. Which concerns? They can bee anything from bus wait times to buffet desert offerings. Let me hear about any disapointments in room condition, any rude staff complaints, any reservation glitches. Please limit your concerns to AKV. I am doing this to ensure that our membership priveledges are kept to their highest level, which we all have come to expect. And that our accomadations are as expected for what we paid for our points and for what we pay each year in MF's. I look foward to hearing from all my AKV "NEIGHBORS". I will post any and all correspondence that I have with Disney management in regards to addressed concerns. So please join me in the newly formed AKV-OAC!
Sincerely,

JOE GAFA

So is my family. It is my intent to stay happy with my purchase. That is why I am looking to address any concerns that fellow owners have about our properties with management.

Disney will take it much more seriously if each owner contacts them directly with concerns rather than to go through some type of committee. I also doubt Disney legal would allow them to respond via an unauthorized committee.

The DVC Boards do not allow petitions, sample "fill in the blank" letter writing campaigns, or other bulk contact media to be promoted. You can encourage each member to contact member satisfaction with their own respective concerns, which would have a much higher impact.

So, I'm going to need to close this thread.
