Shades of Green Overflow Room at Dolphin

Has anyone ever gotten a room at the Dolphin thru SoG?

I don't know about SoG overflow rates, but I do know that the Dolphin offers gov't employee rates that are excellent (like $129/night). Since SoG overflow rates are usually higher than the rate you'd pay for a SoG room anyway, the Dolphin gov't employee discount is a pretty good deal IMHO.

We got an overflow rate at the Swan in April 2001 through Shades Of Green.

The Swan and Dolphin were the only hotels offering discounted rates through Shades of Green for the military/gov't. during Easter/Spring break that year (peak season.) I got quoted an "overflow" rate of $174.00 for a moderate!!! I asked about the Swan or Dolphin (because I had read about them here on the DIS) and they gave me my choice of either resorts, at the rate of $115.00 per night.

Ofcourse we grabbed it right up!

And we've been loyal Swan/Dolphin fans ever since!
