What dates can I get this rate? I wanted to visit during June 2003.

You should be able to book it anytime, as long as rooms are available--not all rooms are booked at that rate--they only set aside a certain number. You can try looking at the DIShomepage and going to the Swan & Dolphin pages and booking to see if your dates are available or contact the hotel directly.
