Yes, I can see eyes's rolling now. So I'm a late bloomer! Well, truth be told, I have bought them, but always with a husband and as a co-signer. This is my FIRST car, all by myself. Yup, wearing big girl panties now! ;) And honestly, I was more terrified of buying a new car, then when we bought and sold our home!! So, here she is, my new Nissan Sentra, with just 14 miles on her!!

Mike, this summer has been SO busy it's been crazy!!! The wedding was a huge deal, but luckily, all the parents of the groom are responsible for, is the Rehersal Dinner. That was VERY nice. We had it on the water at a lovely place...my son was very thrilled. I'll post a pic of the grooms cake. He wanted something nice, summery and sweet. The car was an added bonus. My DP really did the research and proved to me, that I CAN buy one!! Thanks so much! ;)

next... grandkids! :scared1:

Your car is beautiful!!!!!
Not EVEN funny!!! They TELL me not for 5 years, I hope so! She's in school to be a dentist. Hope they stick to it!! But thanks! ;)

Wow!! Congrats!!!

Isn't it nice when you do something big by yourself!!! (Scary though!)
And the cake, beautiful!!!
But.....seriously you can't be old enough to have a son getting married!!

(Of course whith the way we all act around here I do not think any of us are older than 25)

Congratulations! :cheer2:

The tougher times get, the more reasons we need to find to celebrate. May many more blessings come your way!

Coming late to the party but I am so happy for you. Your son is so handsome and his bride beautiful.

My daughters getting married in a few weeks and I get all weepy everytime I see or hear anything wedding related!

Is he your first child to marry?
