I wanted to send a email regarding some praise I had for a cm who took our reservations-- where is the best place to send it so that someone actually gets it!

I think if ya just go to the wdw site, and select contact us...you'll have a number of 'routing' choices for your email....one of 'em...even if it's "other" should work...just be as specific as possible. Thanks fer spreading the magic!

It always makes a Disney vacation better when we have wonderful CMs. I encountered a wonderfu woman at the Boardwalk Inn in February and wanted to thank her. I called the resort directly and asked them were I would send a letter in regards to a CM's help. They gave me the address and I even got a letter back thanking me for writing and letting them know about this expceptional CM! Only 3 more months till I'm back in WDW! :)

You can send praise letters to this email address, and they DO read them, as well as pass them on to the CM and put the note in his/her file. I did this a few weeks ago for a CM who's been extremely helpful with some planning for my July trip, and he won some kind of award because of the note!
