I have a stupid question. We are staying at BWV in Aug. I know that you can check in you luggage at the time you arrive, but will they take your luggage back down to your car when the vacation is over? Thanks for your input.:cool:

Of course they will. Just call bell services when you're ready to vacate the room and they'll come up and get your luggage.

Of course, a tip afterwards is appropriate.

When you call to have your luggage picked up, also call valet to pull your car around (if you are leaving immediately). They will have the trunk open and the bellman just goes over and puts the luggage in. You tip the bellman and the valet will come over with your keys (or you pick them up at the booth), tip him too. If you are not leaving immediatley, just tell the bellman to put the luggage into storage when he picks it up.

Diane, you can even call for a bellman at OKW to help you with your luggage from room to car or vice versa. We sometimes vacation at OKW with older friends who do that. Due to health issues it is well worth the tip for him.

I have had about five or six great experiences with DVC bell folks, At each time, they did their absolute best to make my stay without problem. Rely on them, they are great. They are one of the subtle benefits of DVC.
