Sounds like a fun trip you have planned. Here are a few comments I have for you to start with. The free DDP includes 1 Table Service (TS), 1 Counter Service (CS) and 1 snack per person per night. So you are going for 7 nights - so there are 7 TS credits, 7 CS credits and 7 snacks per person for your trip.
Narcooses is a 2 TS meal meaning that it will cost 2 TS credits per person for that meal.
So based on this info, it appears to me that you have chosen 7TS meals per person for this trip alread and if you do schedule another meal - one of the restaurant choices will need to be paid out of pocket (not included in the plan).
I think your selection of restaurants sound enjoyable and yummy. Have a fun trip!

This is a good point. With Narcooses being 2TS -- Is this a necessary restaurant? We chose it based on a referral. Our DS14 has cruised with us before and while he always preferred to be out playing dodge ball as opposed to sitting in the dining room eating a fine dinner he still managed to "hang in" with the family for dinner. Once he was done though he darted straight out of there!!!
While the food I'm sure is worth the 2TS, would we be better off at one of our "other choices" to get the mileage out of the 1TS meals or is Narcooses one of those "must have" restaurants?
Thanks...

Are these already booked (I HOPE they are...that week is very busy for the restaurants.)
Anyway, I say dump the 2 TS restaurant...totally not worth 2 TS credits IMHO...nor is it worth dressing up for & spending 2 hours + wait time to eat a meal. Maybe for a romantic dinner for you & DH, but certainly not as a family meal.
Instead of Narcoosee's, for your first MK day my suggestion would be Grand Floridian Cafe - check out the menu - lots of choices. We had excellent steaks there, and wonderful desserts. Very pretty setting, good service and only 1 TS. For your second MK day, where you need another restaurant, try The Wave at the Contemporary.
Are you paying cash for breakfast at Kona or do you plan a counter service meal for dinner that night? I think I'd pay cash for Kona...seems like you can get the Big Kahuna breakfast & coffee for less than $15 per person, which would make it not so great a value for the dining plan (but it IS a great breakfast...we liked it a lot.) Then that night you could head over to Epcot for Biergarten, or go to Downtown Disney for dinner at Raglan Road? Or even go back to Kona Cafe for dinner -- we had excellent teriyaki steak & prime rib there, and the banana creme brulee is outstanding.
On Wednesday 9/2, since AK has EMH from 5-8:00 p.m., you might want to try moving that Yak & Yeti reservation until 7:30 or 7:45 (getting it for shortly before the park closes) -- having it at 6:45 means you'll "lose" much of the evening EMH hours since you'll have to check in around 6:30, then figure it'll take 10-15 minutes wait time, and an hour to eat. If that won't work, how about trying for an early dinner - like 4:00 or 4:30 so you'd be done by 5:30 and have time to enjoy the EMH time.
On Friday, do you mean Les Chefs de France? We enjoyed the food there -- especially the french onion soup & the profiteroles for dessert (you can get the appetiser if you choose the fixed priced menu - it is available on the dining plan.)
