1st time DDPr

I am going solo for the first time and using the DDP (Free) for the first time this September, so I have some ?s.
I am arriving at MCO around 3:00 PM and have a reservation at the Crystal Palace at 8:55 PM. Do I have to use the snack and TS credit for that day or can I use them sometime later during my stay?
Also, I have reservations at Chef's and Teppan Edo so can I order any entre' from the menu or are there restrictions?
One last question; what unused snack would you get to take home on the plane?

You can use any of the credits anytime during the entire stay. You do not have to use one of each per day. Crystal Palace is a TS restaurant, so you can use a TS credit on your arrival day and you don't have to use any other credits until you are ready to.

No entree restrictions at Chefs or Teppan Edo.

I would also suggest reading the Confirmed Snacks for the dining plan and then I'd think about going to Goofy's and getting a dipped mickey head or pretzels or something like that type of snack to take home on the plane (search on other threads for Goofy's candy shop).

Your credits expire midnight on the day you check out. You have 1 credit of each (TS, CS and Snack) per night. So if you are leaving early on your check out day then you might grab some snacks to eat on the plane.

The resorts will let you make a continental breakfast with a CS credit-two drinks, piece of fruit and a bakery item (bagel, danish, cookie, etc).
