I would suggest being well inside the park before 10 to avoid the Main Street exiting crowd, as well as any parades that may be in progress at/near that time (I havent checked the schedule yet).

How about near the entrance to Pirates at around 9? Or maybe in Adventureland...we can start out with a dole whip or cold drink? Any other ideas??
