I would like to lose some wieght before we go, I have a little over 4 months. I obviously can't lose it all, but last time we went I was very uncomfortable and wasn't able to keep up with the husband as we were touring. I am hoping shedding some LBS, will help. Any tips, or thoughts on this?

I've lost 20 pounds in 3 months, mainly by portion control and limiting sweets. Good luck.

Get walking.
I'm over weight, but I attend step class 3 and do a weight class 3 times a week.
I try to walk on my lunch break, and if I don't go to the YMCA, I bike with my sisters at nite or walk for at least 45 minutes.
Get moving somehow, and you won't believe how much better you feel, just loosing 5-10 lbs.

If you work hard you can lose most of that weight, You can safely lose about 2-3 lbs per week.
Just don't over eat, lots of excercise, no snacking unless it's fruits or veggies. Put very little salad dressing on salads if you eat them. Keep an eye on your calories. Good luck and enjoy disney.
