I know there are a few of these to try, but we've decided to do the character breakfast, and are planning on doing a lunch time on our last day and a tea time. Just wondering what character meals you've decided you're definitely doing or have recently done!?

Hi

We've got premium halfboard vouchers this time so are going character meal crazy!

We are doing lunch at Auberge de Cendrillon to meet Cinderella (DD1's fave) and the Princesses princess: We went last year and it was amazing :goodvibes

We are also having dinner at Inventions this time - new to us. We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel last year and often sat in the bar area watching all the characters flying around in the restaurant and said we'd definately like to do it on our next trip so we are doing it :goodvibes

Finally, on our last day we are having lunch at Cafe Mickey - we did this last year as well and it was such a lovely send off as the interaction is so good :thumbsup2

Can't wait now :rolleyes1

We also have Premium vouchers so have decided to eat at Auberge one day, cafe mickey and Inventions. We are booked in for California Grill(Non character meal) but are thinking of changing it so we eat in Inventions twice as it maybe more child friendly.:goodvibes

Were eating at Cafe Mickeys, Auberge De Cendrillion, and Inventions.

Were also eating at Rendouzs de stars, and Walts (on the last day)

Weve got Half Board Prem to, originally booked Half Board Plus but upgraded them after a second look.

We also had HB premium vouchers for 4 nights and did Inventions, Auberge (at lunch), Cafe Mickey and BBWWS.

We regretted going to Cafe Mickey, and wished we had done Inventions twice now, and will do when we go back again - there is so much to choose from on the buffet, you could easily eat there every night! Auberge was great (probably the best character meal), but you can't really do it more than once a trip as the menu is a bit limited.

We're hopefully doing a birthday tea on our first day, then Cafe Mickey on one of the other days...though might think about changing this to Inventions, perhaps?

We always eat-

Cafe Mickey, Auberge and Inventions. We are doing BBWWS aswell, even tho its not a character meal you can meet the characters before the show if you arrive in time for the pre-show.

Hope no one minds me butting in but I'm trying to decide if Inventions is worth the money...it's my mums birthday and I don't think we'll be going back to DLP for a while so I'm tempted, it's just sooo much money. There's 3 of us.
Is the food/character interaction worth it?
I'm already at my budget limit as we're staying in the DLH
Thanks :goodvibes

And to answer your previous question - Yes I think Inventions is definitely worth the money - the food is so much nicer than Cafe Mickey

The food on the buffet at Inventions was of very good quality. My brave husband even tried snails!!

The characters were excellent, spending ages with my daughter and fooling around with each other.

It was far from busy at our 6pm, first night reservation and was one of our best meals!
