Z2H and I just got back - as someone else posted recently, the new stacks are at Joann's. The premium stacks (including the new ones) are all on sale for 9.99:

Crafty
Rustic
Main Street (!!!:mickeybar - had to get this one!)
Be Mine
Generation Tech (bought two of these - little video game freak in our house!)
Mod-Retro
Doodling Around
Downtown Loft

Woo woo!

(Also got a huge set of 700 Tulip brand adhesive rhinestones to bling out our ATG gun, regularly $19.99 but on clearance for $1.97! Even the (guy) cashier said "Wow - you got a great deal on these - you know they're usually 20 bucks, right?") :yay:

I saw them yesterday! Looks like I'm going to Jo's tonight, if only for rhinestones! Where did you find those? Which aisle?

I saw them yesterday! Looks like I'm going to Jo's tonight, if only for rhinestones! Where did you find those? Which aisle?

They were in the center of the store in the clearance aisle. (Burlington) There were baskets of sale Tulip stuff there - mostly small rhinestone decoration elements and small varsity letter style appliques. But there was one of these BIG packages of pink "Glam It Up" rhinestones for blinging cellphones, iPods, etc.! Believe me, I scoured the aisle and store for more - sob! :sad1: - no dice. In the Tulip aisle (t-shirt paint, etc.) there were more of the Glam It Up packages of different colored rhinestones - but those all were $19.99 (we scanned them to be sure...)

Good luck - hope you can find some - we've wanted to make our ATG all dazzly - but were/are too cheap to do it before. Weren't you going to alter yours? Or am I thinking of someone else...?

Not me, I don't have mine yet, but I have a 9 YO who loves bling ;)

I can't even find pictures of the new stacks anywhere.

Is the Main Street one Disneyish?

Is the Main Street one Disneyish?

Kind of. It is definitely "vintage-feeling." There are a few great silhouette (flocked) pages - for those of us who have WDW Main Street ones cut of our kids - wow! There are some barbershop papers - fun for a "1st haircut at the Main Street Barber Shop" layouts. Other pages have old-fashioned business labels, Victrola drawings, etc. The plainer pages have nice general designs too - all in all, a nice stack of paper we'll happily use.

Wonder why there aren't images out there yet?

Maybe I can get the kid to shoot some pix of some of the pages and post them - stay tuned...are you reading this, Z2H?

Are these a Joann's store exclusive (or just there earlier than everywhere else?) - it seems SO weird that google (and even Joann.com) brings up zip, zero, zilch on these! Our local Js had at least one of each stack - there certainly weren't huge quantities - but we got to flip through each one and check it out.

I need to go to J's tomorrow anyway, I guess it's my obligation to walk down the paper stack aisle right?!?!

Sorry the picture quality is poor. I was trying to get the biggest and most detailed pictures.

There's a lot of flock on the Main Street stack, like both silhouette pages and the Journey Page.

The GenTech stack has a lot of gloss.

I, of course, want them all! I went last night to find bling and couldn't. My Jo's had all 8 of them, but I showed some restraint (and my checkbook would have killed me!), I'm sure I'll end up with at least a couple of them this weekend. I've looked online for photos too...Nothing!

Oooh!!! I can't see the pics from work, but that doesn't stop me from wanting some! I want the Main Street & the Doodle one. Wonder if I can convince DH to run during his lunch hour?? :rotfl2:

ETA: Didn't I see that M's had 2 others? What are they? Does anyone know? Like I need more paper. . .

My must haves are Mains Street, Rustic, Mod-Retro, and Generation Tech. I'm really glad paper companies are doing more teen and tween stuff, I've been struggling with DS13's pages.

I ran out yesterday and got the Fun in the Son Cardstock Stack (40% off) and the Be Mine stack- I thought that one would be good for our anniversary trip.

My Joann's also told me that I was allowed to use internet, sales flyers that come to the house, and coupons given in the store on the same order as long as they come from the different places. I might try going out there more often- it is small but if I want a few things it might be worth it- it takes about 20 more minutes than Michaels.

DH got me Main Street yesterday, and we went back today in search of Doodlin' Around. Couldn't find it, but I saw the 8 x 8 stack which only made me want it more! ;) Gonna order it online tonight, I think! I did see a lot of Fall embellishments making their way out. . .I LOVE fall stuff! Can't wait to see the 12 x 12 DCWV Fall pack!!

I was at A Time For Memories in Grafton for a short bit today and it was fun seeing everything! I didn't get to stay long as I had dh & the kids with me but I'll get back there soon!

My Joann's was pretty much cleaned out of their new ones - only one Loft and one Crafty left...

The two Michaels ones are Mi Casa and Sorbet. Saw them today when I was out and about...

Both are interesting, but I can't buy any more stacks now - I am *beyond* out of room for paper!

Good thinking Susie. I love the stacks, but I have a hard time using them in our swaps because not enough of each design.

That's why I loke groups of 4 for completed pages. My color pages were done almost entirely from 2 summer stacks and a summer cardstock stack when needed.

I can't wait until the new house is done and I can get really organized. I had 2 stacks of the Safari for the AK swap but I can use it next time.

As long as we keep completed pages to 4 - I am good:thumbsup2

I went to my J's one night last week, but they only had a couple - Crafty, Doodle, Retro, Main St. I liked them all, but nothing I just HAD to have.

I really like to flip through them before I buy, so I hope they get the others soon.

Just got my Jo's ad for Aug 2-15. The premium stacks are still $9.99 each, and they have "Indian Summer" 12x12 Fall Stacks (glitter, cardstock and printed papers, $9.99 with the other stuff (mat stacks, etc.), 40% off). Oh, and Cricut Carts are $39.99 and they have their paper 5 for $.95 (not as good as 6 for $.96, but still a good deal!).

Oh, and pretty much 40% off all other papercrafting supplies.

I popped into my J's which always is terriable, but I was surprised this time. They have set up 3 new displays a little farther away from the other sb stuff. I found all 8 new stacks. I already have the Mod-Retro, but I may get the Main Street and Doodle one (dont remember the exact name). I also saw cricut carts. They only had a few available, but had a ring with all the others they could special order.

I picked up the ad for next week, so I can go to ACM and price match with extra 10% off on some carts.

I bought Indian Summer. I wasn't too impressed with the other stacks. But I did notice that J's had a whole new line for Girl Scouts! That was pretty cool! Our Michael's is redoing their scrapbook section, so a lot of stuff is on clearance. Found some pretty good deals on K and Co. I went to Archiver's yesterday too. They have a whole bunch of new stuff, but it's getting really expensive! I pretty much hit the clearance aisle and the Hot Spot. I just drool on everything else...lol.

I got the Rustic Stack and Be Mine today... I reallyyyy wanted the Rustic Stack last time I saw it (reminded me of Laundry Line :) ), and then I got Be Mine on a whim, and it's just as nice!

I passed on the Mod-Retro, because all I really wanted it for was 50s Prime Time Cafe, and I have other paper I could use for that. If I ever dress in a poodle skirt for Halloween though, I'll get it. :)

Ok, so last night, I get an email from Joann's--NEW PRODUCTS, COME SEE! Yes, it was luring me to the dark side!! Anyway, I "collect" (it can't be called "use", since I have no time to scrap) the seasonal DCWV stacks, too. So, I was looking to see if fall was out for this year. They have "Indian Summer". Now, it's VERY pretty (or looked it in the pics). Here's the question--is there "Indian Summer" and then there'll be "Fall", too?? I know it's the same sort of color scheme, but I'm just wondering how many stacks I'll end up with this year!!

These are the dilemmas that boggle my mind. . .:rotfl2:
