View Full Version : Interesting website...(well I thought so!)

Did you know that if you go to Streetmap (http://www.streetmap.co.uk) and type in your postcode it gives you a map, BUT, if you go to the map, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the little camera icon next to 'Large map' it brings up a really good satellite picture of the streets around where you live.

Lots of time going "Oooooh, there's my house!" hehehe.

Presumably they haven't got around to photographing "the sticks" - no camera icon for our area. :(

Oh dear! Well, for anyone feeling left out, you can always look at where I live instead (http://www.streetmap.co.uk/newmap.srf?x=533952&y=184121&z=1&sv=533952,184121&st=4&tl=Grid+Location+533952,184121&lu=P&mapp=newmap.srf&searchp=newsearch.srf) hehehe. I'm sort of down in the corner near to the main road.

Nope, not far from the classy Balls Pond Road, 10 minute walk...infact, my bus to work takes me down it every day.
