Hi There!

I am wondering if someone can explain to me how the Magic Your Way Express service works? We called today to book ours, and the CM was really of little help saying "Ohhh, you live in Canada - I don't know if you should expect to receive anything in the mail to explain how it all works". So we fly into Orlando International Airport at 3pm, where do we go? What do we do? I know my experienced Canadian Disboard friends will be able to set me straight! :rotfl:

You will get tags for you bags and, if you go through customs in Canada, your bags will be taken from the plane to your room. You'll receive detailed instructions on where to go. It's pretty simple really. Check out this FAQ

One thing about DME, is going home, you can't pre check your bags. You have to bring them to the DME bus to be loaded on at your resort, and when you get to MCO, you have to take your bags and check them in yourself, like you would normally do when flying anywhere. That is if you are flying back to a Canadian destination.
We fly out of Seattle and can then use the resort luggage check in. Cheaper flying out of the States!

We used to fly out of Ottawa but now we fly from Rochester. Much cheaper and check in is a breeze.

I don't know why the CM would have said that to you. I was told by Disney when I booked about 2-3 weeks before we leave they will mail out a package with tags.

I called them last week to add on MExpress and today I received an envelope with my tags. Since we clear customs in Toronto, we can just put tags on luggage and walk to bus and head to resorts.
